★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant Redibis in Bevagna occupies a well-preserved part of the two ambulatories of the Roman theatre built under Emperor Trajan in the first century A.D. The ambiance is unique, stunning and evocative, offering a magnificent dining experience. Under new management with years of valid experience in the business, the tradition-based food is expertly revisited and extremely creative. There is palpable excitement as each "work of art" is brought to the table and a sense of discovery as new combinations of flavors are enjoyed.
While the menu choices are ample (also for gluten-free dishes), well-thought out and amazingly delicious, the professionally attentive service is also outstanding. A lunch or dinner at Redibis is a full-immersion experience to savor and to remember. There are few other restaurants in the area which offer a similar culinary experience in such a spectacular and unique setting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great pleasure to visit this amazing place. The owner is a master in hospitality, the food is exquisite and the atmosphere inside with the Roman amfiteatro from almost 2000 y old is a unique experience! I am looking forward to the next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were caught by the restaurant presentation and of course by the location! I must say, that was the only plus of the restaurant. But, I'm sure many would agree that when it comes to restaurants aesthetics are not more important than the core: the food! All in all , meals were not freshly cooked but reheated instead. In that location and with that price list, that is unacceptable! Management should think it better if wants to run the place successfully! In the meantime, we are not going to go back if we happen to be in Umbria soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were so lucky to spend a night at the magnificent hotel here and have dinner at their restaurant. It used to be a Roman amphitheater and it is an experience not to be missed. Not just the ambiance, but also the food and the incredible staff.
We were greeted by the manager Hakim who made us feel so very much at home - a true gentleman.
We were waited on by Ghazi and Andrea who not only were so very professional, but truly kind young men and so friendly and fun.
The food is an experience in itself - totally first class but with warmth and caring.
We had their cream of pea soup - which is beyond belief and nothing like we have ever had before.
Their pasta is incredible and our pork dish was so fantastic that it melted in your mouth.
Their wine list is extensive and the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality and class of this restaurant. This is something we will not forget and we will definitely be returning to this magnificent city, this hotel and restaurant and the people. Thank you Hakim, Ghazi and Andrea for making this such an event for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everybody is welcome, and the place feels very upperclass (in a good way). As we were with three people, we tried a variety of dishes, all of which were excellent and fresh! Very friendly staff and a beautiful location. We really liked it!
