★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forgett pizza and typical Umbrian dishes. At this restaurant you will get well prepared food made from local supplies. Absolutly a restaurant worth visiting if you enjoy good food. There are a lot of restaurants that get 5 points. This one deserves more than five.

They know personally all the producers and origin of the products that they are using. There is a story behind every dish, ingredient and wine that they are serving. A huge thanks to the Trattoria for this amazing luch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience here. The service was outstanding – warm and friendly and not the least bit pretentious for a Michelin starred restaurant. They can tell you a story about every ingredient and dish, it clearly matters to them and their pride comes through. The food was wonderful. Not your basic Italian cuisine, beautiful flavors and textures. Bevagna a is a charming town and we will be back to this Trattoria.
