★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo cenato con il menù degustazione, 30 €uro. È stato tutto molto buono, a cominciare dagli antipasti, da segnalare le olive e i cremini fritti, i primi (ravioli ai funghi porcini e le tagliatelle al tartufo) e i secondi. Di questi ultimi, è stato migliore il filetto di maiale al forno rispetto alla tagliata di scottona, difficile da mangiare, forse di un taglio non appropriato. Ottimo il vino rosso della cantina De Angelis. Il servizio è stato celere e cortese all'inizio. Di seguito, invece abbiamo aspettato purtroppo quasi tre quarti d'ora per avere i secondi. Un piccolo appunto per le patate arrosto, così e così, non fresche, congelate, peccato.... Per il resto, la ragazza che ci ha servito come pure il titolare sono stati molto gentili.
 We had dinner with the tasting menu, 30 € uro. It was all very good, starting with the appetizers, worth mentioning the fried olives and cremini, the first courses (ravioli with porcini mushrooms and the tagliatelle with truffles) and the second ones. Of the latter, the pork tenderloin was better than the sliced scottona, difficult to eat, perhaps of an inappropriate cut. The red wine from the De Angelis winery is excellent. The service was prompt and courteous in the beginning. Below, however, we have unfortunately waited almost three quarters of an hour to have the latter. A little note for the roasted potatoes, so and so, not fresh, frozen, too bad .... For the rest, the girl who served us as well as the owner were very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante storico e da sempre apprezzato. Ambiente accogliente in una splendida posizione. Antipasti ottimi, come qualità, gusto e lavorazione. Primi buoni, ma il piatto che ho gradito maggiormente è stato la trippa. Piatto tradizionale, sapori di una volta, ma soprattutto bontà eccelsa. Ci tornerò per mangiarlo nuovamente.
Historic restaurant that has always been appreciated. Cozy environment in a beautiful location. Excellent appetizers, such as quality, taste and workmanship. Good first courses, but the dish I liked most was the tripe. Traditional dish, flavors of the past, but above all excellent goodness. I'll be back to eat it again.

The food was okay, a little over priced for what it was and not a lot of choice.
Looking at the front of house you would have expected more, but it didn't really deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We held a dinner for 60 people at the restaurant. Andrea was very responsive to our emails to arrange the meal, accomodating of dietary requirements and was a pleasure to deal with. The setting is beautiful, food delicious and service impeccable! We can’t recommend highly enough!
