★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to collect a UPS parcel. I used Google to find the opening times, and found that the tobacconist was open without closing in the afternoon. This contradicted info published by UPS. UPS stated that the shop would open at 15:00. I arrived at 15:25 to find that the notice on the shop listed the afternoon opening time as 15:30, but the shopkeeper did not arrive until 16:10, and did not apologise for wasting my time!
