Piatti innovativi , presentati in maniera impeccabile e tutti ottimi! Vale sicuramente la pena provare i crudi sono davvero eccezionali, idem i primi piatti ma ciò che più mi ha colpito sono i secondi , sembra di aver mangiato su un altro pianeta!
Well deserved 5 stars, I went to various restaurants and Punta Bianca is undoubtedly the best on the island.
Innovative dishes, impeccably presented and all excellent! It is definitely worth trying the raw dishes are really exceptional, the same goes for the first courses but what struck me most are the second courses, it seems to have eaten on another planet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serving sizes are so small I feel like we're on survivor splitting a single fish between 20 people. Served us raw pasta then brought it back 2 mins later obviously microwaved. Other than that the wine was pretty good.
