Visto che ho fatto di nuovo visita al locale aggiorno la recensione.
Ho provato anche la Pinsa in una delle sue innumerevoli varianti a disposizione.
Sono rimasto sorpreso!
Veramente buona, impasto leggermente più croccante come da tradizione, ingredienti di qualità come per le pizze, ma molto diversi come scelta e composizioni.
Gestori inoltre, gentili ed amichevoli.

I also tried the Pinsa in one of its countless variations available.
I was surprised!
Really good, slightly more crunchy dough as per tradition, quality ingredients as for the pizzas, but very different in terms of choice and compositions.
Furthermore, kind and friendly managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che ho voglia di una pizza quando mi trovo a Tortona, penso al Soleluna.
Prezzi adeguati, porzioni abbondanti e tanta, tanta disponibilità.
Gli ingredienti utilizzati e, di conseguenza, i piatti serviti, sono ottimi, in particolare a cena abbiamo provato il tagliere misto con gnocchi e due pinse romane (Parigi e Palermo). Tutto portato rapidamente.
La proprietaria è una persona gentile e affabile, che in tutte le mie visite si è comportata in maniera impeccabile.
Il locale si trova in una posizione eccellente, nei pressi del centro commerciale Oasi e del cinema Megaplex.
Appena si entra, e quindi ancor prima di sedersi ed entrare in contatto con gli altri clienti, viene richiesto il green pass, in modo da poter passare il tempo della cena in tutta tranquillità.
Per mia esperienza si tratta della miglior pizzeria di Tortona e, in senso generale, una delle migliori che abbia mai provato.
Perciò, che siate appena usciti dall'autostrada o che siate dei visitatori ricorrenti di Tortona, fatevi un favore e venite a cena al Soleluna.
Whenever I feel like a pizza when I'm in Tortona, I think of Soleluna.
Adequate prices, large portions and lots and lots of availability.
The ingredients used and, consequently, the dishes served, are excellent, in particular at dinner we tried the mixed platter with gnocchi and two Roman pinse (Paris and Palermo). All brought quickly.
The owner is a kind and affable person, who in all my visits has behaved impeccably.
The restaurant is in an excellent location, near the Oasi shopping center and the Megaplex cinema.
As soon as you enter, and therefore even before sitting down and getting in touch with the other customers, the green pass is requested, in order to pass the time of dinner in complete tranquility.
In my experience this is the best pizzeria in Tortona and, in a general sense, one of the best I've ever tried.
So, whether you have just left the motorway or are a recurring visitor to Tortona, do yourself a favor and come to dinner at Soleluna.
