Molto consigliato il tagliere misto di antipasto (formaggi salumi e verdure 10€/persona) e i primi al ragù della casa (fusilli o ravioli 8€). Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Restaurant with purely local flavors. The mixed platter of appetizers (cheeses, meats and vegetables 10 € / person) and the first courses with house meat sauce (fusilli or ravioli 8 €) are highly recommended. Very nice and helpful staff.

Il sugo saporitissimo e la carne tenerissima; abbiamo anche fatto la scarpetta con del pane e della focaccia davvero buoni. Buona la salsiccia con i semi di finocchio, anche se un po' troppo salata. A true trattoria, with simple and tasty dishes. We had cavatelli with meat sauce and ricotta ravioli: delicious, we would have eaten them endlessly! The very tasty sauce and the tender meat; we also made the shoe with some really good bread and focaccia. The sausage with fennel seeds is good, even if a little too salty.

L'unica pecca è la mancanza di organizzazione. Ad onor del vero era un sabato e non avevamo una prenotazione (abbiamo chiamato nel pomeriggio ma non hanno voluto nominativo). Abbiamo atteso un buon 20 minuti in piedi prima che ci preparassero il tavolo e altri 10 abbondanti prima che venissero a prendere l'ordine. Plentiful and good food. Price in the norm. We took a cutting board for three, 2 first and 2 seconds. All around € 25 each. The only flaw is the lack of organization. To be fair it was a Saturday and we didn't have a reservation (we called in the afternoon but they didn't want name). We waited a good 20 minutes standing before they set the table for us and another 10 large ones before they came to take the order.

Il menù è abbondante con antipasto ricco di prodotti locali, pasta tirata a mano e secondi preparati con maestria. Molto buona anche la pizza che accompagna l'antipasto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente dei migliori, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare un weekend in zona per poter trascorrere anche una piacevole serata con musica dal vivo. The restaurateurs are exquisite people, available and ready to satisfy every culinary whim. The menu is abundant with an appetizer rich in local products, hand-rolled pasta and masterfully prepared second courses. The pizza that accompanies the appetizer is also very good. The value for money is certainly the best, I highly recommend staying a weekend in the area to be able to spend a pleasant evening with live music.

I sentieri del gusto offrono 2 primi, ravioli al pomodoro e fusilli al.. pomodoro, ed offrono ben due secondi carne ai ferri e carne al sugo. Solitamente poca scelta nel menù è garanzia di freschezza, mentre qui il discorso è differente, questi sono i piatti della casa e questo puoi ordinare, altrimenti cambi mensa. Il posto, il servizio e la cucina sono "veraci", paesani, per alcuni versi semplici e paesani. Il prezzo non è affatto adeguato ai piatti a mio avviso, giudicate voi stessi dal conto. Mi spiace dirlo, ma non ci tornerei. Free parking at the entrance and in any case not too far from the center of Trentinara. The paths of taste offer 2 first courses, ravioli with tomato and fusilli with .. tomato, and offer two second courses with grilled meat and meat with sauce. Usually little choice on the menu is a guarantee of freshness, while here the speech is different, these are the dishes of the house and this you can order, otherwise you change the table. The place, the service and the cuisine are "true", villagers, in some ways simple and rural. The price is not at all adequate for the dishes in my opinion, judge for yourself by the bill. Sorry to say, but I wouldn't go back.

It is not fancy but the upside is that you get a bit of local experience. The food is delicious, service friendly. Parking available.
