★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good balance between tradition and innovation. Quality is very high in every aspect, from the ingredients to the presentation. Experimentation leads to some interesting and absolutely original textures and tasting experience. I particularly enjoyed the dessert "Cocco che passione".
