β β β β β I ate here as part of a tour group. The food we were served was okay, nothing to write home about. I did see some of the other plates served from the menu and they looked awesome. I can only offer recommendations from my experience.

β β β β β Very nice place, spacious, good portions and great prices! The three of us had dinner drinks and desert spend 63 euros. Friendly service and spoke very good English. My 12 years rated his place pretty high on his personal scale of restaurants.

β β β β β This was my favorite Italian restaurant in Florence. Granted, I didn't go to all of them, or even most. But I'm confident that Rubaconte has the MOST diverse menu of all, not only pasta and pizza. More later...

β β β β β We showed up for dinner around 7PM without reservations and we were seated immediately. They have a 15 Euro pasta special that includes three plates of pasta, unlimited wine and water. The food was delicious. Atmosphere was wonderful. We had a great time.
