★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo stati il 14 Febbraio, antipasto discreto, primi non buoni, spaghetti con vongole, tutto freddo, vongole di frigo, gnocchi con vongole, cozze e tartufo, pessimi, vongole inesistenti, gusci vuoti, cozze idem, tartufo? Era la classica crema con olive e lo 0.0001 di tartufo...
Frittura gommosa e alcuni totani erano stati fritti e rifritti... Ovviamente ho riferito alla signora che serviva il nostro tavolo..
Una volta si mangiava benissimo, ora lascia un po' a desiderare...
Spero e mi auguro che sia stato solo un caso..
 We were there on February 14th, discreet appetizer, not good first courses, spaghetti with clams, all cold, clams from the fridge, gnocchi with clams, mussels and truffles, bad, non-existent clams, empty shells, mussels ditto, truffles? It was the classic cream with olives and truffle 0.0001 ...
Chewy fry and some squid had been fried and refried ... Of course I reported to the lady serving our table ..
Once upon a time we ate very well, now it leaves something to be desired ...
I hope and wish it was just a coincidence ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In passato ci ho mangiato ed era tutto sempre buono. Ci sono tornato oggi. Essendo sprovvisto di Green Pass Super, il cameriere-sceriffo mi ha mandato via. Ma questi non hanno paura dei controlli, questi si piegano con zelo a queste norme liberticide e bizantine che stanno distruggendo il turismo e la ristorazione. Quando chiuderanno forse rifletteranno.
A me non mi vedranno mai più.
I've eaten there in the past and everything was always good. I went back today. Not having a Green Pass Super, the sheriff-waiter sent me away. But these are not afraid of controls, they zealously bend to these liberticidal and Byzantine rules that are destroying tourism and catering. When they close maybe they will reflect.
They will never see me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la vista sul lago di Bracciano è un posto bellissimo e pulitissimo,dalla sala ai bagni!!!
Lo sfizioso di mare è uno degli antipasti di mare più completi in assoluto,con materie prime ottime e cucinate in maniera ottimale.
I primi piatti vengono serviti in porzioni abbondanti e sempre molto buoni...per i secondi ci dovrò tornare perchénon c'è l'ho fatta più!!!
With a view of Lake Bracciano it is a beautiful and very clean place, from the hall to the bathrooms !!!
The sfizioso di mare is one of the most complete seafood appetizers ever, with excellent raw materials and cooked in an optimal way.
The first courses are served in large portions and always very good ... for the second courses I'll have to go back because I haven't done it anymore !!!

Pranzo di lavoro.
In un ambiente rinnovato, ma sempre gestito sapientemente dalla stessa famiglia, La Vela è da sempre un punto di riferimento per chi vuole mangiare del buon pesce sul lago di Bracciano.
Il ricco menù propone un ampio antipasto: già con quello ci si potrebbe saziare.
Ma vale la pena provare i primi e i secondi.
Io ho provato gli gnocchetti cozze, vongole e tartufo: ottimi e abbondanti.
Anche gli altri primi che sono arrivati erano ottimi e ben presentati.
Ottimo anche la frittura di pesce.
Personale cortese e prezzi nella nedia.
Sicuramente ci tornerò ancora.

In a renovated environment, but always wisely managed by the same family, La Vela has always been a point of reference for those who want to eat good fish on Lake Bracciano.
The rich menu offers a large appetizer: already with that you could be satisfied.
But the first and second courses are worth trying.
I tried the gnocchi with mussels, clams and truffles: excellent and abundant.
The other starters that arrived were also excellent and well presented.
The fried fish is also excellent.
Friendly staff and average prices.
I will definitely stay there again.

Tutto molto buono, in una location spaziosa e confortevole con personale qualificato, gentile e disponibile.
Menù vario, porzioni abbondanti e ben presentate.
La degustazione di antipasti ottima, così come i ravioli alla polpa di granchio e i secondi di pesce.
Giusto un paio di note:
- l’insalata di polpo e patate era piuttosto fredda di frigorifero
- la grigliata di pesce un po’ scarsa.
Per il resto, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

All very good, in a spacious and comfortable location with qualified, kind and helpful staff.
Varied menu, generous and well presented portions.
The excellent appetizer tasting, as well as the crab meat ravioli and the fish main courses.
Just a couple of notes:
- the octopus and potato salad was rather cold from the refrigerator
- the slightly sparse grilled fish.
For the rest, excellent value for money
