Narra la leggenda che quando il buon Salus si sedette ed ordinó era giovane, ma con l'inenarrabile tempo di attesa di questo ristoro, egli diventò vecchio.
E vi allego le foto per sottolineare i tempo di attesa prima ed al termine del servizio.
La qualità del cibo è buono, nulla da dire, ma le porzioni sono scarse, un piatto di vongole ad €13 con 7 vongole di cui 4 vuote.
Scontrino confusionario, importi non corretti, davanti ad una nostra verifica, ci hanno cambiato il totale.

Legend has it that when the good Salus sat down and ordered he was young, but with the inexpressible waiting time for this refreshment, he became old.

The quality of the food is good, nothing to say, but the portions are scarce, a plate of clams for € 13 with 7 clams, 4 of which are empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo locale sul meraviglioso lago di Bracciano, accogliente e confortevole. Personale molto preparato, cortese e disponibile. Eccellenti le pietanze dall'antipasto al dolce, sia per presentazione, che per confezionamento e per bontà. Ottima anche la pizza e la focaccia servita calda. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci ritornerei volentieri.

Abbiamo assaggiato tre tipologie di pasta, il pesce persico e dei dolcetti (offerti), tutto molto buono.
Il personale è cordiale, il luogo è accogliente.
Prezzi più che onesti.
Se ripasserò da Bracciano certamente tornerò. Lo consiglio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMPORTANT: Pizza is offered in the evening, not for lunch. With that said - be ready to enjoy one of the best Spaghetti/ Spaghettoni and pasta in the area - with sea food, mushrooms, cheese and pepper- unbelievable! We've ordered each of them and with every plate coming we wanted more ;) Then the home made desserts like Mimosa Cake or Panna Cotta with chocolate... speechless - don't miss it if you are around!
