★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location fronte lago,una visuale davvero tipica. Difficile trovarne così,infatti è in una posizione privilegiata, più alta di altri ristoranti. Fuoco Lento è specializzato nelle carni, dai crudi (tartare e carpacci) alle grigliate (con tutte le cotture possibili) qualità molto alta,il che giustifica i prezzi, porzioni abbondanti che meritano di essere gustate fino alla fine. Staff gentile e preparato. Conto giusto.
 Lakefront location, a truly typical view. Difficult to find so, in fact it is in a privileged position, higher than other restaurants. Fuoco Lento specializes in meat, from raw (tartare and carpaccio) to grilled (with all possible cooking) very high quality, which justifies prices, generous portions that deserve to be enjoyed until the end. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. fair statement.

Abbiamo preso un risotto con asparagi e bacon croccante ...delizioso, tagliata e patatine, infine il dolce ...che dire tutto strepitoso. Personale molto cordiale e professionale. Ci ritorneremo presto Bravi.
We ate in this place today May 1st 2022 with friends. Great food. We had a risotto with asparagus and crispy bacon ... delicious, tagliata and chips, finally the dessert ... what can I say all amazing. Very friendly and professional staff. We will be back soon Bravi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capitati per caso in questo ristorante che visto da fuori credevo fosse un'enoteca e che invece mi ha sorpreso. Innanzitutto cameriera sempre gentile e sorridente. Abbiamo ordinato due primi, un risotto con broccoletti e salsiccia ed una gricia al tartufo con mirtilli.FAVOLOSI! E poi una tagliata cotta alla perfezione e tenerissima accompagnata da quelle che posso definire le patate al forno più buone che io abbia mai mangiato. Vino altrettanto buono e rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Consigliato assolutamente e noi sicuramente torneremo
I came across this restaurant by chance, which I thought from the outside was a wine shop and instead surprised me. First of all, the waitress is always polite and smiling. We ordered two first courses, a risotto with broccoli and sausage and a gricia with truffle with blueberries. FABULOUS! And then a perfectly cooked and very tender tagliata accompanied by what I can define as the best baked potatoes I have ever eaten. Equally good wine and exceptional value for money. Absolutely recommended and we will definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piatti buoni ma i prezzi sopra alla media. Lo staff molto cortese, peccato che abbiamo atteso un pò troppo per avere il qr code dove leggere il menú e di conseguenza ordinare, tuttavia il servizio è stato piuttosto veloce.
Good dishes but above average prices. The staff were very courteous, too bad we waited a little too long to get the qr code to read the menu and order accordingly, however the service was rather fast.

Si è fatto tardi abbiamo fame con il consiglio di una amica che abbita lì nei dintorni , ci ha consigliato di fermarci a mangiare al ristorante ( fuoco lento ) tutto squisito abbiamo mangiato divinamente . A base di carne ? che io amo tutto buono. Il personale gentilissimo , pulizia ok , norme covid nella norma
Siamo stati a mangiare fuori nella saletta che si affaccia sul lago , che vuoi più dalla vita . ❤Stra felice ci ritorno ragazzi , lo consiglio andateci ne vale la pena . P. S vicino c'e anche la sala ristorante che cucinano pesce si mangia ugualmente da dio ,c'e solo imbarazzo della scelta ?
A different Sunday, never been to visit this wonderful lake. It is late we are hungry with the advice of a friend who lives nearby, she advised us to stop and eat at the restaurant (slow fire) all delicious we ate divinely. Meat ? which I love all good. The staff very kind, cleaning ok, covid standards in the norm
We went out to eat in the room overlooking the lake, which you want more from life. ❤Stra happy back there guys, I recommend go there it's worth it. P. S nearby there is also the restaurant that cook fish you eat equally from god, there is only embarrassment of choice ?
