Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile, molto carino ed educato.
Le specialità di pesce ottime, ma anche quelle di terra: tortelli in crema di limone squisiti, con una salsa gustosa che fa venire voglia di fare la scarpetta; le scaloppine di pollo al limone sono tenere, accompagnate dalle patate fritte. Come piatto del giorno, c'erano i pesciolini di lago, accompagnati da una porzione di cicoria: cottura perfetta e poco oliosa Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi adeguati.
Tappa obbligatoria se visitate Anguillara Sabazia!

The staff is really nice and helpful, very nice and polite.
The fish specialties are excellent, but also those of land: delicious tortelli in lemon cream, with a tasty sauce that makes you want to make the shoe; the lemon chicken escalopes are tender, accompanied by fried potatoes. As a dish of the day, there were small fish from the lake, accompanied by a portion of chicory: perfectly cooked and not very oily Plentiful portions and adequate prices.
Obligatory stop if you visit Anguillara Sabazia!
