Ristorante Pizzeria La Vela

Locale sul lago dotato di zona esterna. Il servizio è veloce e preciso, i piatti molto ben preparati. La pasta alla boscaiola e ben preparata e molto buona, lo stesso per i calamari alla griglia, cotti al punto giusto. I prezzi sono nella media per posti cosi. Il personale e il proprietario sono davvero gentili.

Ristorante top, servizio oltre il top, sorridente, gentilissimi, se ne trovano pochi personale del genere nei luoghi come questi! Il cameriere pizzaiolo di una gentilezza e educazione insuperabile! Mangiare al top buono prezzi buoni con una bellissimo panorama sul lago! Lo consiglio al 110%. Grazie di tutto! Passeggiando lungo lago ho notato che per cena vi era abbastanza gente, al che ho pensato fosse un buon locale per cenare, ma.... purtroppo, ordino una birra alla spina bionda, non male, ed una capricciosa senza funghi. Dopo una lunga attesa di quasi un'ora arriva la pizza con funghi, con sopra il prosciutto crudo e non cotto e senza carciofi. Lo faccio presente al personale che non sembrava una capricciosa, e scusandosi mi dicono che avevano terminato i carciofi e il cotto?. A quel punto mi faccio fare una diavola, giudicate voi???

Ho pranzato in questo posto il giorno di Pasquetta con un gruppo di amici. Il locale si trova sulla strada principale e da fuori si presenta abbastanza trasandato. Avevamo un menù fisso, con gnocchetti alla salsa di scampi che aimè avevano piuttosto il sapore di panna e pomodoro, un fritto misto duro e poco saporito e per concludere un dolce di crema e liquore. Nel complesso non mi ritengo per nulla soddisfatta, nè della qualità, nè del locale, mentre del personale posso dire che qualcuno è più attento e cordiale di altri. Purtoppo non è un posto in cui tornerei.

Good Italian food

Terrible. We waited over 1.5 hours for lunch, and when the food finally did arrive everything (including the fried fish) tasted like it had been frozen and reheated in a microwave. When we confronted the staff about the wait and food quality, they became aggressively defensive and dismissed the complaint without offering to make amends.

Reasonably priced, good service. We picked it because the patio had a nice lake view but ended up very pleasantly surprised.

The food was good. But let me preface this with: my husband is Italian and I’ve lived in Italy for over 5yrs, I write the below with this perspective and not the American one. My (Italian) aunt and uncle took us here tonight because they love the food and normally come for lunch. In Italy, its normal to stop the waiter and say you’re ready to order. The man we stopped told us that they take the orders in order that the tables come in. We waited about 30min before we could order and after another 10min or so we asked them to at least please bring us some bread. Once we ordered the food did come out pretty quickly, but they forgot the sides we had asked for and when we mentioned it they said that we had expressed ourselves wrong or that the girl taking our order had not understood us (essentially taking zero responsibility). There was a table that arrived shortly after we did and by the time we were eating our first course they had yet to order. We had finished our second courses by the time their pizzas finally arrived. I know we should mind our own business but my aunt had made a comment about how that table had been waiting for (SO) so long and the waitress said “it’s Sunday night and they asked for pizza, they knew what they were getting themselves into. They’ll decide if they want to come back or not” (the Scandinavian couple was *visibly* upset and obviously did *not* know what they were getting into). We did not stay for dessert because a lady in the table right next to the Scandinavians fainted just as their pizzas arrived. Probably from waiting so long for her order (ok that’s a joke but it was quite fitting). Needless to say, we will not be returning and I think our aunt and uncle who love this place said the same.
