T	Tamara Moretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fa questo lavoro senza passione e senza alcuna cortesia verso la clientela e nonostante ciò ha la fortuna di avere la fila fuori. Ma arrivato ad un certo punto devi smettere, se nn ti va più lascia stare! Apre e chiude quando vuole e, ahimè, la qualità della pizza è davvero peggiorata e per quanto mi riguarda era l unico motivo per il quale mi servono ancora in questo posto , nonostante l'arroganza del proprietario. Pessimo! He does this job without passion and without any courtesy towards the customers and despite this he is fortunate to have the queue outside. But at a certain point you have to stop, if you don't want to let it go anymore! It opens and closes when it wants and, alas, the quality of the pizza has really deteriorated and for me it was the only reason why I still need it in this place, despite the owner's arrogance. Very bad!

Dino è un uomo davvero unico, fa tutto da solo e ti fa la pizza al momento per garantire una pizza calda e davvero speciale. I tempi di attesa (qualora fossero più dei normali 15 m) sono assolutamente premiati dalla croccantezza della sua pasta lievitata 72 ore, questo la rende digeribile, croccante fuori e morbida dentro con quei buchi tipici della buona lievitazione. È bene andare lì molto presto perché la filosofia di Dino è che appena finisce le basi programmate per quel giorno, chiude il locale. Questo garantisce la qualità e la coerenza del suo operato. Ti auguro di essere fortunato e poter assaggiare questa pizza. Tutto il resto va in terzo piano! Grazie Dino a presto This is one of the best pizzas I have eaten in the whole area! Dino is a truly unique man, he does everything by himself and makes you pizza right now to guarantee a really special hot pizza. The waiting times (if they were more than the normal 15 m) are absolutely rewarded by the crunchiness of its leavened dough 72 hours, this makes it digestible, crunchy on the outside and soft inside with those typical leavening holes. It is good to go there very early because Dino's philosophy is that as soon as the bases set for that day end, the place closes. This guarantees the quality and consistency of his work. Purtroppo abbiamo scoperto che in questo posto é vietato, é uscito il titolare piuttosto risentito urlando come un matto. Alla fine 4 clienti persi. Uno schifo,non consigliato. Pizza strepitosa, buona leggera e digeribile, in assoluto la migliore dell'intera Tuscia, locale mordi e fuggi piccolino e spartano ma accogliente e tranquillo, ambiente cordiale e gentile con personale pratico, efficente, allegro e alla mano.... perfino Dino che di solito ha fama di essere orso piuttosto scontroso, ultimamente appare molto piu' sereno e spiritoso, il che non guasta!...insomma il posto ideale per gustare un'ottima pizza ed evadere dai brutti momenti che ci tormentano in questo 2020.... ci voleva davvero! Consigliatissimo! Vivid Congratulations! Amazing pizza, good, light and digestible, absolutely the best in the whole of Tuscia, a small and spartan hit and run place but welcoming and quiet, a friendly and kind environment with practical, efficient, cheerful and easy-going staff .... even Dino who usually it has the reputation of being a rather grumpy bear, lately it appears much more peaceful and witty, which does not hurt! ... in short, the ideal place to enjoy an excellent pizza and escape from the bad moments that torment us in this 2020 .. .. it really took! Highly recommended!

É consigliabile un approccio strettamente rigoroso: attenersi al menú (fondamentale), attendere pazientemente il proprio turno, ordinare in maniera composta e lineare, usufruire del servizio (consigliato l'asporto) e pagare... Potrete cosí gustare tranquillamente una delle pizze più buone di Capodimonte. Punti a favore: la qualitá del prodotto ed il prezzo. Note negative? Seguendo la filosofia locale non ce ne saranno. 5 stelle meritatissime! Many conflicting reviews ... Very good pizza and a particular (but always consistent) marketing vision. A strictly rigorous approach is advisable: stick to the menu (fundamental), wait patiently for your turn, order in a composed and linear manner, use the service (take-away recommended) and pay ... You can then safely enjoy one of the best pizzas of Capodimonte. Points in favor: the quality of the product and the price. Negative notes? Following the local philosophy there will be none. Well deserved 5 stars!

Non si va a mangiare la pizza solo per mangiare una pizza, spesso non è solo la pizza a farti ritornare! Per questo il mio voto è negativo.
