Pulitissimi i servizi igienici. Ci siamo capitati per caso ma per la genuinità, la bontà delle vivande e per la gentilezza dei proprietari vale la pena di segnalarlo come un luogo da rivisitare. In a small town but rich in history and tradition, a restaurant apparently outside but inconspicuous inside but clean and well attended. The toilets are very clean. We happened by chance but for the genuineness, the goodness of the food and for the kindness of the owners it is worth reporting it as a place to revisit.

Ieri sera ho mangiato una delle migliori pizze degli ultimi anni (e vorrei fare presente che sono stata a Napoli relativamente da poco). Pasta lievitata, ben cotta, non bruciata, croccante e leggere. Condimenti abbondanti ma ben equilibrati, di buona qualità. Insomma una delizia. Opinione condivisa da tutti i commensali. Il locale è un po' rustico ma il personale è stato molto gentile e anche abbastanza veloce, soprattutto se consideriamo la confusione nonostante fosse un semplice lunedì. A fine pasto offrono una granita fatta da loro che era anche lei ottima. Non ho pagato io ma i prezzi dal menù sembrano nella media. Consigliatissimo. I state that I don't usually give 5 stars but this time it would be impossible not to do it. Last night I ate one of the best pizzas in recent years (and I would like to point out that I was in Naples relatively recently). Yeast dough, well cooked, not burnt, crunchy and light. Abundant but well-balanced condiments, of good quality. In short, a delight. Opinion shared by all the diners. The restaurant is a bit rustic but the staff was very kind and also quite fast, especially if we consider the confusion even though it was a simple Monday. At the end of the meal they offer a granita made by them which was also excellent. I didn't pay but the menu prices seem to be average. Highly recommended.

I tempi di attesa sono stati davvero contenuti e brevi. Non sono rimasto soddisfatto delle pizze: la cottura e l'impasto non sono malvagi, ma il condimento non mi è piaciuto contiene degli ingredienti di qualità appena sufficiente per me. Una tra le migliori pizzerie a Burgio, ma c'è davvero di molto di meglio in giro. A modest but welcoming place that allows you to see the work of the team of pizza makers. The staff was really nice and organized. The waiting times were really short and short. I was not satisfied with the pizzas: the baking and the dough are not bad, but the topping I did not like contains some ingredients of just enough quality for me. One of the best pizzerias in Burgio, but there is really much better around.
