Wenn man sich in dieser Zone von Sizilien befindet. ...muss man hin und sich verwöhnen lassen. It's hardly better than that. Very good food, everything fresh, loving service, the restaurant is comfortably furnished and it is not too expensive at all. !! If you are in this zone of Sicily. ... you have to be pampered and spoiled.

Ero molto ben predisposto verso questo ristorante, andavo insieme alla mia compagna almeno una volta ogni due settimane a mangiare da loro e non mi dispiaceva. Nonostante mi fosse capitato di trovare una sera un pezzo di carta stagnola in mezzo al mio filetto e un'altra volta bicchieri e piatti che puzzavano di uova, (perchè non lavati adeguatamente) continuavo comunque ad andare a mangiare alla Fortezza perchè nel complesso giustificavo la giovane età dei ragazzi che lo gestivano. Una sera però la loro inesperienza tocca il culmine. Avendo chiamato alle sette per prenotare per le otto e trenta, una volta arrivato mi sono trovato senza un tavolo perchè a detta loro > e quindi non c'era più posto. Ora, capisco tutto ma per due clienti un tavolo non si trova comunque anche solo per non fare una figura tremenda? secondo me Sì. SE AD UN CLIENTE SI ACCETTA LA PRENOTAZIONE, DOPO NON CI SI PUO' RIMANGIARE LA PAROLA. SI CHIAMA PROFESSIONALITA' e dovrebbe essere la prima cosa da dimostrare se si decide di aprire un'attività del genere. Ci hanno fatto le loro scuse e ci hanno fatto andare via. Alle due graziose signorine manca ancora la BASE per non commettere più certi errori di gestione. Perdere due clienti in un colpo solo per un comportamento del genere è veramente da dilettanti! FORTRESS? .. NO, LITTLE BEGINNERS! I was very well disposed towards this restaurant, I went with my partner at least once every two weeks to eat with them and I didn't mind. Although I happened to find one piece of tinfoil one evening in the middle of my fillet and another time glasses and dishes that smelled of eggs, (because they were not properly washed) I still continued to go to eat at the Fortress because overall I justified the young age of the boys who ran it. One evening, however, their inexperience reaches its climax. Having called at seven to book for eight thirty, once I arrived I found myself without a table because according to them > and therefore there was no more room. Now, I understand everything but for two customers a table is not found anyway just to not make a terrible figure? I think Yes. IF A BOOKING IS ACCEPTED TO A CUSTOMER, THE WORD CANNOT BE REFUNDED AFTER. IT IS CALLED PROFESSIONALISM and it should be the first thing to demonstrate if you decide to open such a business. They made their apologies and made us leave. The two pretty young ladies still lack the BASIS to stop making certain management mistakes. Losing two customers in one fell swoop for such behavior is truly amateurish!
