★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo ameno ove è possibile godersi serate freschissime-fredde con escursioni termiche dagli 8 ai dieci gradi rispetto alla pianura. Vicinissimo al frequentatissimo convento di San Matteo (San Marco in Lamis-FG) lungo la via Francigena. La gastronomia é eccellente dalle squisite e leggerissime pizze, alle bruschette, ai gustosissimi primi. Lo chef é di alta qualità. Il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile.
Pleasant place where it is possible to enjoy very cool-cold evenings with temperature ranges from 8 to ten degrees compared to the plain. Very close to the very popular convent of San Matteo (San Marco in Lamis-FG) along the Via Francigena. The gastronomy is excellent from the exquisite and very light pizzas, to the bruschetta, to the very tasty first courses. The chef is of high quality. The staff are always smiling and helpful.

Locale accogliente e ben curato, cibo fresco e di ottima qualità.
Se visiteremo nuovamente il Santuario di San Matteo Apostolo, torneremo sicuramente a pranzare da voi.
Friendly and helpful staff. Despite the time we arrived (14:15) they welcomed us.
Cozy and well cared for, fresh food of excellent quality.
If we visit the Sanctuary of San Matteo Apostolo again, we will definitely come back to have lunch with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location perfetta durante le torride serate estive! Qui si sta freschi anche dentro ed il più delle volte occorre il giubbottino.
Abbiamo preso principalmente pizze e, nonostante io sia un amante della napoletana, questa pizza, cotta nel forno a legna, è buonissima e davvero molto leggera!
Personale gentile, prezzi assolutamente nella norma, forse anche leggermente più bassi. Ci tornerò.
Perfect location during the hot summer evenings! Here you are also cool inside and most of the time you need a jacket.
We mainly took pizzas and, although I am a lover of the Neapolitan, this pizza, cooked in a wood oven, is very good and really very light!
Friendly staff, prices absolutely in the norm, perhaps even slightly lower. I'll be back.

Una cosa che abbiamo notato, ma non soltanto qui, è il ritocco dei prezzi. Ottimo il distanziamento dei tavoli, piacevole la location. Da ritornare
A few km from San Severo and 2 steps from the convent of San Matteo, the Edera restaurant was a pleasant discovery. Really all excellent, from the service to the courses. L'ubicazione garantisce il ricercato fresco nelle torride giornate; posizione veramente privilegiata.
Nel complesso la cucina prepara molto bene sia le pietanze che le pizze, ambedue sempre saporite.
L'accoglienza è cordiale, con aperitivo della casa per tutti.
I prezzi sono contenuti e garantiscono anche un menù fisso completo a 15,00 euro.

The location guarantees the sought after cool on hot days; truly privileged position.
Overall, the kitchen prepares both dishes and pizzas very well, both always tasty.
The welcome is cordial, with a house aperitif for everyone.
The prices are moderate and also guarantee a complete set menu for € 15.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfetto! Don‘t let stop you taking the 500 m gravel road from Convento San Matteo to the restaurant (driving or walking). You will be rewarded and meet very kind Italien guys.
We will stop by anyway when we are in the area again.
