Sono in vacanza con gli amici qui in zona e chiamando per chiedere informazioni in merito alle pizze risponde una persona (che definirei personalmente maleducata e un tantino arrogante) che nel primo caso in modo seccato dice che non accetta prenotazioni e mi sbatte il telefono in faccia nonostante le stia parlando. Nel secondo caso mi parla sopra per impedirmi di avanzare qualsiasi richiesta e mi chiude il telefono in faccia e infine, nell'ultima telefonata fatta dallo stesso cellulare dove ho semplicemente cliccato sul numero precedentemente chiamato, risponde chiaramente la stessa persona in modo anonimo e quando ho chiesto se stessi parlando con la pizzeria la sua risposta è stata:"ha sbagliato numero" e mi ha sbattuto NUOVAMENTE il telefono in faccia. Menomale che siamo andati da un'altra parte, non darei un centesimo a questo posto neanche sotto tortura. I only put a star because it is not possible to give me less. Abbiamo ordinato due coppe gelato con cioccolata calda e sono arrivate senza cioccolata. Abbiamo fatto presente l'avvenuto alla cameriera, peraltro gentilissima, evidentemente il problema non è lei. È uscita la proprietaria e con tono più arrabbiato di prima ha tentato di convincerci che era esattamente ciò che avevamo ordinato. Quando le abbiamo risposto che avevamo chiesto due coppe con la cioccolata prima ha detto che l'aveva messa ma è diventata fredda e poi ha detto che non l'ha messa addirittura perché sarebbe diventata fredda. Già dal menu si può notare come i prezzi siano troppo gonfiati per un locale che propone la classica cucina tipica del posto, le pizze non ne parliamo, prezzo medio 10 euro. Ordiniamo e i camerieri sono assenti e poco interessati a noi, la pizza non era all'altezza della location e gli altri pasti erano poveri e insapore. Va bene essere in un posto centrale ma la cucina proprio da rivedere come il servizio. Fatta con molta calma, attenzione agli ingredienti. Non bisogna aver certo fretta ma ne vale la pena. Consiglio tantissimo poi i caprini sott'olio e i dolci. D'estate spettacolare panorama per l'aperitivo o in gelato in piazza a Barzio. Prenotazione non richiesta. Historical venue, it was used during the war as a command center for German forces.
