★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People is not friendly. Food is not tasty enough and too expensive for the quality. Not a joke: we found a CRICKET in our plate! ? Waiters barely apologized and just gave us another plate. Do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant with pretty good food. The menu changes daily, which was not an advantage. Regurarly the place is packed: the staff is not prepared for this and sometimes gets lost. The payment system is due for a reorganization: at the time that we wanted to pay, three waiters were involved (what a waste of precious time). The quality of the pizzas varies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I couldn't go wrong with ordering a pizza in Italy but I was horribly mistaken. Worst pizza since a loooong time and I say this coming from the culinary wasteland of sousages and Sauerkraut (Germany). And as if this wasn't bad enough, they forgot to bring two of the dishes we ordered - one of us had literally no food. Only after much arguing involving frantic hand gestures, they took the missing dishes off our bill. I took a picture of the table next to us after they left - it speaks for itself. "I would not come here again" is an understatement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was definitely the worst restaurant during our 2 week trip in Sicily and by far the worst burger I have ever had. Despite being the very first customers of the restaurant that day, it took them 45 minutes to bring two dishes. Just bringing beverages took 15 minutes! The burger I ordered was disgusting - the patty must have been cremated for a good portion of the 45 minute wait - totally dry and gummy, "caramelised onion" was cold and no sign of caramelisation (=was taken from the jar), barbecue sauce was straight up from the shop, the cheapest one, no sign of cooking. Fries were bland and soggy and of course made from frozen package. I could not finish my dish, otherwise I would puke. The waiter did not even ask if there was any problem when taking the plates away - it was more than obvious there is a problem when a customer leaves 75% of the plate untouched. The owner of the restaurant saw the finished and almost full plate and pretended he did not see it to avoid awkward interaction. This place is a disgrace to italian restaurants!
