Da provare e riprovare ,bravi davvero. Excellent location, restaurant with great care in furnishings, service and presentation of dishes. Il menù è misurato ma ben articolato: il pesce è il protagonista. Il giovane chef mostra estro e competenza nella composizione dei piatti. La cucina si discosta in maniera abbastanza netta dalla media della ristorazione locale, ponendosi su un livello decisamente più alto. Piccolissime imperfezioni, più soggettive che oggettive, non tolgono nulla alla qualità dei piatti. Discreta la carta dei vini. Servizio veloce, professionale e molto gentile. Il prezzo è congruo rispetto alla qualità dei piatti. Da provare. The restaurant is located in the historic center of the city. The small square that hosts the tables outside is very beautiful. Pasta al sugo di gamberi délicieuse et semifreddo al pistachio à se damner... De vrais goûts, gage de produits de qualité ! Le personnel du restaurant est hyper sympa sans trop en faire... À refaire ! Opened last August, ColaPesce offers very refined cuisine. Excellent products and a combination of flavors that is both simple and sophisticated. Delicious pasta al sugo di gamberi and semifreddo al pistachio to die for ... Real tastes, a guarantee of quality products! The restaurant staff are super nice without doing too much ... La cucina buonissima e si vede che sono piatti studiati e ben abbinati . Le cozze al vapore delicatissime con questa particolarissima cips soffiata , la pasta: “senza parole” linguine al gambero con la spuma e polvere di nduja SPETTACOLARE. Servizio ottimo , ambiente all’esterno molto carino. Qualità prezzo corretta visto la lavorazione dei piatti e la qualità dei prodotti. Lo consiglio …e continuate cosi! What can I say I went for dinner with my cousins outside to try this new restaurant and we were really happy with the choice. The cuisine is very good and you can see that the dishes are studied and well matched. The very delicate steamed mussels with this very special puffed chips, the pasta: “without words” linguine with shrimp with foam and nduja powder SPECTACULAR. Excellent service, very nice outside environment. Correct price quality given the processing of the dishes and the quality of the products. I recommend it ... and keep it up!

The service and plates can compare or surpass a lot of the restaurants in Manhattan. The chef has creativity and taste and the design of the restaurant is second to none. My husband said “una parola, stupendo”
