Good combination of tradition and modernity. The high quality of the raw materials is perceived (particular mention to the diaphragm which I had never tasted).

Buono antipasto di formaggi, un po meno il salume con la torta fritta che Γ¨ risultata da subito fredda e secca. Riso di lumache molto forte il sapore di formaggio un po meno quello di lumache . Diaframma buono . Millefoglie al pistacchio buono idea di base ma migliorabile. Servizio buono. Cantina dei vini interessante con parecchie proposte. Rapporto qualitΓ prezzo medio alto
Nice place with outdoor tables in the square during the lockdown period, short menu with a dozen proposals mainly from the land. Good cheese appetizer, a little less the salami with the fried cake which was immediately cold and dry. Rice from snails very strong, the taste of cheese a little less than that of snails. Good aperture. Millefeuille with pistachio good basic idea but can be improved. Good service. Interesting wine cellar with several proposals. Average-high quality price ratio

Se si vuole provare una cucina diversa dalla solita cucina parmigiana, questo posta fa al caso vostro. Consigliatissimo
Located in the city center in the Oltretorrente district, the location is very minimal but very nice. Excellent wine proposal. Menu as in the photo, very very special. If you want to try a cuisine different from the usual Parmesan cuisine, this post is for you. Highly recommended

β β β β β Spent a fortune on bad food. Took 30 minutes before we got in the drink order. Dry, old bread without being served oil or butter. Non of the food we got was any good.
