Pizza was average and we had to wait for about an hour and a half for it. The waiter told us there was "some time to wait" after 45 minutes, blaming another table of "needy guests" for the delay.
None of the waiters ever apologised even after we asked for explanations, nor a discount or a free digestive was offered, as costumes would suggest.
At some point we even noticed that all the take away clients would get their pizzas before us. Ridiculous.
Moreover, I ordered a Ortolana without mozzarella and I basically got a red pizza with a few slices of zucchini and eggplant condensed in the centre of the pizza.
Managed very poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is only my personal experience. Pizza is thick, burned from the bottom, service not friendly, price for pizza is expensive, house wine is ok. There are way better places to go if you enjoy Italian pizza and caring service. My advice is to avoid this place. If everything else is fully booked, you might find a place here. Now you know why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you walk in the smell of the fresh products hit you in the face and you can see the kitchen staff working with great passion. The pizza is hence delicious, some of the best I've eaten in Italy. The service is brisk but friendly. Price are quite reasonable for the area.
