Ampia scelta sia di terra che di mare il tutto senza mai calare di qualità sia nell’impianto amento che nella materia prima e la preparazione degli elementi. Prezzi elevati ma in linea con la qualità offerta e il servizio ricevuto. Si può godere di un’intera parete finestrata che consente una vista davvero incredibile su tutta la valle.
Simply extraordinary location, it feels like eating a Michelin restaurant, super professional service and elegant dishes.
Wide choice of both land and sea, all without ever decreasing in quality both in the plant and in the raw material and the preparation of the elements. High prices but in line with the quality offered and the service received. You can enjoy an entire wall with windows that allow a truly incredible view over the whole valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the part of Toscana where all other m restaurant offer meat, and more meat.. Montacolle actually had a nice selection of fish, and seafood dishes, and nice varity of exciting pasta-dishes, and antipasti.
We had the “Gran Catalana” for main dish, where the seafood itself was delicios, but it was laying on top of fruits (like pineapple and stawberry) and cabage and tomato?!? Total misunderstanding of what to do with that dish, in my opinion. The other servings was decent, but overall 10-15% more expensive than restaurant in same area. But the view, service and interior made it an overall good experience. Do recommend to go there atleast once!
