★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We discovered by chance this wonderful restaurant. It has been such an incredible experience! It is the best restaurant so far at half way point of our six week Italian trip. The service was excellent and our server was very attentive. Choose the menù l’incontro and you will be in a state of intense happiness! The menu changes four times a year. You can see that the chef Fabrizio Marino loves his craft and that he is proud of his brigade. He came to talk to us at the end of the evening and explained his philosophy. I dare say that the food and the experience was at the level of a two Michelin stars. It was also exceptional value for the money.

An all vegeterian chef's choice meal that made me forget I was in Italy. Recommended for fans of the genre looking for a change of pace.

We came over this evening and just wanted to get a small bite to eat. The service we received exceeded our expectations and really transformed our little night into a moment to remember. The food was exquisite and incredibly detailed. Our waitress explained each dish and was immaculate with her display, bravo to her. The chef gave us a wonderful show and made us feel very welcomed. You can either order single dishes or a full menu (5 dishes for slightly less than 50 euro), the waiters are amazing as they explain each and every ingredient, and everything tastes delicious. This is not the type of food you cook for yourself at home, that's for sure!

It is the best vegetarian restaurant I have been to in my life. It is not just about the food, surprising in all its forms and nuances, the environment is relaxing, friendly and professional at the same time. The staff are nice and really supportive and they explain all the dishes to you. Sometimes you may need to be very focused to follow all the details. Menu is absolutely great, well thought and balanced. There must be a lot of work and research behind it. Finally, a special mention for his majesty, the white truffle of San Miniato. The chef proposed to us a version of the classic truffle egg that made me touch heaven. He played with Parmigiano, french butter and goat cheese. Some black truffle was also there. I was amazed and I felt I wanted to eat more :)
