ieri avevo cancellato la foto del vecchio post per correttezza perchè in 3 anni nessuno ha risposto, se poi google aggiornata la data del vecchio post a quella della modifica non è era una mia intenzione (non lo sapevo). Quindi ecco, giusto per fare capire che non sbaglio quando scrivo recensione pubblicamente. Ci mancherebbe scrivessi dubbi sui luogi che non ho visitati. Mi scriva solo se ha visto questo scontrino del 2018, non importa spiegare ormai. Siamo aposto. Appena mi risponde cancello tutto. Va bene ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes kleines Restaurant mit einer überschaubaren Karte. Die Speisen sind hervorragend zubereitet und von sehr guter Qualität. Das ganze wird durch eine sehr gute Auswahl an Weinen abgerundet. Wer nach 08/15 italienischen Gerichten sucht wird hier allerdings nicht fündig.
Very nice little restaurant with a manageable menu. The dishes are excellently prepared and of very good quality. The whole thing is rounded off by a very good selection of wines. If you are looking for run-of-the-mill Italian dishes, you will not find it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick. Die Tische sind schön eingedeckt, die Speisen sind von sehr guter Qualität und Sehr sehr lecker. Der abendliche Abstecher nach San Miniato war ein voller Erfolg.
Great restaurant with delicious food. From the terrace you have a very nice view. The tables are nicely set, the food is of very good quality and very delicious. The evening trip to San Miniato was a complete success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche stavolta “La cantina del fondo” ha soddisfatto i nostri occhi e palati. Bellissimo il tramonto nella tranquilla terrazza panoramica. La cucina é buonissima, tradizione toscana rivisitata. Da provare assolutamente le varie battute di carne, il collo di gallina, la faraona, la lingua, l’antipasto di fegatini e i vari primi di pasta fatta a mano dalla cuoca. Ovviamente non manca il tartufo! Poi finalmente un posto dove l’oste conosce bene i vini e ci guida alla scoperta di nuove proposte. Prezzo in linea con l’offerta ed il luogo. Consigliatissimo!
Once again, “La cantina del fondo” has satisfied our eyes and palates. Beautiful sunset on the quiet panoramic terrace. The cuisine is very good, revisited Tuscan tradition. You must absolutely try the various meat dishes, the chicken neck, the guinea fowl, the tongue, the liver appetizer and the various pasta dishes handmade by the cook. Obviously there is no lack of truffles! Then finally a place where the host knows the wines well and guides us to discover new proposals. Price in line with the offer and the location. Highly recommended!
