Ottima la scelta di vini. Si può anche dormire prenotando. The location is convenient for those coming from outside. Cared for the room inside and out. Cucina raffinata e curata, con introduzione di ingredienti innovativi, buoni gli antipasti, eccellente ed abbondante quello della casa, risotto al Castelmagno buono di gusto e ben mantecato, peccato che fosse completamente scotto da sembrare quasi ad una "pappetta", ottime pere al nebbiolo con gelato alla vaniglia, troppo dolce la bavarese al portoncino, il tutto accompagnato da un discreto Chiaretto di nebbiolo. Nel complesso avrebbe meritato un voto maggiore, ma per un locale a questo livello è assolutamente inaccettabile sbagliare così clamorosamente la cottura di un risotto e dato che non sia stato fatto nulla per rimediare un errore del genere, fa crollare il rapporto qualità prezzo, assolutamente non accettabile. Camere spartane ma pulite e silenzioso. Prezzo secondo me un pochino caro rispetto al servizio. Colazione normale comunque buona scelta di dolce e salata. They spoke well to me about the restaurant but I have not experienced it. While on the inn I can say it is not exciting. Basic rooms but clean and quiet. Price in my opinion a little expensive compared to the service. Normal breakfast, however, good choice of sweet and savory.
