Il locale è scialbo ed il personale tranne la titolare, è etnico. SI POTREBBE FARE DI MEGLIO Cheap, the pizzas have a dough not worthy of the typical Neapolitan product, if one is satisfied you can eat. The place is dull and the staff except the owner is ethnic. Ottime tempistiche se ritiri in negozio (8pizze in 15 minuti !) , se vuoi la consegna a domicilio (molto comoda) i tempi si dilatano ma è più che normale avendo veramente tante richieste .... Inoltre è l'unica pizza che arriva a destinazione dopo qualche km ( 7/8km) quasi come è uscita dal forno , ho sperimentato altre pizzerie x lo stesso tragitto e le altre erano dei dischi di gomma immangiabili ! b	barbara checchin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disastro completo... abbiamo ordinato 8 pizze fra le 1930 / 1945, pagando con satispay, alle 20.05 primo sollecito, risposta "il ragazzo sta arrivando", ore 2025 ancora niente, richiamo e mi rispondono che chiamano il ragazzo che arriverà intorno alle 2035 con 3 pizze, fredde, anziché 8, verso le 21 arrivano le altre. Non è la prima volta che ci serviamo da loro e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, ma sabato scorso è stato imbarazzante...un gesto o una chiamata di scuse, poteva essere un gesto di seria professionalità, invece nulla. AGGIORNAMENTO Grazie, la titolare ha dimostrato serietà, mantenendo la promessa, le pizze sono arrivate puntuali, calde buone, grazie Complete disaster ... we ordered 8 pizzas between 1930/1945, paying with satispay, at 20.05 first reminder, answer "the boy is coming", at 2025 still nothing, I call back and they answer me that they call the boy who will arrive around 2035 with 3 pizzas, cold, instead of 8, around 9 pm the others arrive. It is not the first time that we have used them and we have never had any problems, but last Saturday it was embarrassing ... a gesture or a call of apology, it could have been a gesture of serious professionalism, but nothing. Ah non per ultimo, le pizze sono spettacolari! E c'è anche l'opzione di consegna a domicilio! Consigliatissimo! Great pizzeria! Super fast, helpful and friendly! Excellent variety of pizzas and sizes of the same (with the family go on the safe side if you are hungry!). Last but not least, the pizzas are spectacular! And there is also the home delivery option! Highly recommended!

Personale super gentile, precisi e puntuali ( il ragazzo degli ordini è troppo simpatico). Pizze buone, impasto morbido da migliorare (veramente troppo pesante!). Le loro pizze ci hanno fatto compagnia per tutto il periodo del covid e riceverle direttamente sul pianerottolo è una gioia! Calde, croccanti e con condimenti buoni. È capitato solo una volta di ricevere una pizza senza un ingrediente in più richiesto e anche pagato ma non presente, per una sola volta perdonati!!! I have been here in Valenza for a year and I must say that this place was a pleasant discovery! Super nice staff, precise and punctual (the order guy is too nice). Good pizzas, soft dough to improve (really too heavy!). Their pizzas kept us company throughout the covid period and receiving them directly on the landing is a joy! Warm, crunchy and with good toppings. It has only happened once to receive a pizza without an extra ingredient requested and also paid for but not present, for once forgive yourself !!!
