Il servizio, nonostante la numerosa clientela, è stato ottimo, il personale ed il proprietario molto attento e gentile. Inutile dire che il tartufo ha fatto da protagonista. Eccellente l'uovo o la vellutata di fave, così come i tagliolini, i ravioli o la tagliata con verdure e alla griglia. Ottimi i dolci e sfizioso l'assaggio del cioccolato fondente al 70 o 90% e dello zenzero ricoperto. Vale sicuramente una gita in giornata da quelle parti da concludere con un delizioso pranzetto in questo ristorante We were lucky enough to have lunch on the coveted terrace overlooking a beautiful landscape. La cucina si basa su ingredienti che provengono dalle terre locali. Menù sobrio, lavorazione delle materie prime molto interessante, gli accostamenti degli ingredienti esaltano il palato. La carta dei vini è molto interessante con proposte del territorio di spiccata notorietà. Ottimo il servizio e l'attenzione al cliente. Nelle sale l'ordine e la pulizia è rigorosa. Assolutamente da provare !! Il ristorante è elegante e si trova in una struttura storica molto suggestiva, ristrutturata e curata nei dettagli. Come antipasti abbiamo preso la battuta di fassona con tartufo e il polipo: eccellenti entrambi. Abbiamo proseguito con i tagliolini al tartufo nero: purtroppo non al livello degli altri piatti, è stato quello che abbiamo apprezzato di meno. Il dolce è stato veramente la ciliegina sulla torta, le pesche ripiene erano sublimi. La presentazione dei piatti è molto bella e curata e appaga l'occhio, il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha cortesemente orientati nella scelta del vino. La carta dei vini è assortita con vini di alta qualità. Nel complesso avrei dato volentieri una valutazione di 5 stelle se non fosse stato per il primo. Ci torneremo sicuramente. We dined as a couple here on a Saturday night and stayed overnight in their facility. The restaurant is elegant and is located in a very suggestive historic structure, renovated and with attention to detail. As starters we took the Fassona tartare with truffle and octopus: both excellent. We continued with the tagliolini with black truffle: unfortunately not at the level of the other dishes, it was the one we liked the least. The dessert was truly the icing on the cake, the stuffed peaches were sublime. The presentation of the dishes is very beautiful and cared for and satisfies the eye, the very kind and very helpful staff, kindly guided us in the choice of wine. The wine list is assorted with high quality wines. Overall I would have gladly given a 5 star rating had it not been for the former. We will definitely be back.

Servizio attentissimo e cordiale. Quando voglio passare un paio d’ore senza pensieri questo è il posto giusto. D’inverno caldo e accogliente con i suoi tratti rustici, d’estate fresco e rilassante grazie alla possibilità di mangiare sulla terrazza con vista sulle colline del Monferrato. È sempre un piacere tornarci. One of my favorite places in the area. Excellent cuisine and excellent quality of raw materials. Wine list nothing short of exceptional for quantity and quality. Very attentive and friendly service. When I want to spend a couple of hours without worries, this is the right place. In winter it is warm and welcoming with its rustic features, in summer it is cool and relaxing thanks to the possibility of eating on the terrace overlooking the hills of Monferrato. It is always a pleasure to go back.
