Sicuramente però l' abito non fa il monaco. Titolare preparatissimo sui vini e ottimo cibo servito. Guida Michelin 2018. Siamo stati ad agosto e con due bambine piccole. First negative impact..local with an old and a bit shabby facade. Nice internal garden. To be modernized a little. But surely the habit does not make the monk. Per avere le insalate di mare a ristorante praticamente vuoto abbiamo dovuto aspettare 30 minuti. Da evitare. quality / price ratio exorbitant and very slow service. 38 euro for two miserable seafood salads, half a liter of house white, a water and coffee (although they have beaten two). For seafood salads virtually empty restaurant we had to wait 30 minutes. Avoid.

Sul mangiare naturalmente niente da dire.Provare per credere. As you present yourself you are always well accepted, whether you are all changed or dressed for work. Lots of courtesy and kindness. Just nice people. Nothing to say about eating naturally. Seeing is believing.

In an excellent position before boarding for the island of Elba .. large restaurant with tables outside and inside .. parking in the area .. we took two seconds, 2 beers and a coffee .. spent 44 euros .. obviously to go back ... !! !

After many mediocre restaurant experiences in Piombino we finally found our favorite place. Lo Scoglietto offers a well selected menu of mostly sea food based plates as well as pizzas. Everything we ordered was prepared with love and finesse and beautifully presented. Also the pizzas are fantastic and among the best I had anywhere in Italy. Congratulations to the kitchen crew. Strong recommendation from my side.
