★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience at the cafe here. There were no prices on the smoothie menu - something that I should have questioned in hindsight - and when we went to pay they charged 11 euros. It was a non-alcoholic, small and average smoothie at best. They also gave us the wrong beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is the definition of a tourist trap.
The food is average (at best), the staff were not particularly friendly or courteous and the price is extortionate (an example being the water priced at €5; everywhere else you will pay €1-2 for a full refrigerated bottle).
There are places you’ll eat in Italy which will be at least half the price of what you’ll pay here and twice the quality.
Try to resist the urge to eat here after a swim / boat ride when you’re tired or hungry. See if there are better places to eat further into the island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order: We would like to have a large bottle of water with some ice and lemon, and a caffe fredo. Answer: No more fredo. No more ice, the season is over.
3 minutes later, there is another guest drinking coke with ice and lemon.
It’s so ridiculous it makes you laugh.
No fiscal bill at the end.
One of the awful places here at the island.
The view is stunning though.

Definitely a lot of previous reviews are true regarding the "Tourist Trap" claim.
Reason being (True):
Extremely over priced! for 8 people, it cost us around 400.00 for simple meals some wine and mineral water.
The False:
The food was actually pretty good, i wouldn't say the best by any means, but certainly not as bad as many implied. The food was 4/5, our waiter was respectful and helpful ( not sure if it was because i can speak some Italian?).
3/5 Stars is exactly what you will get here:
1) Decent food
2) Breathtaking views
3) Average Service (Definitely did not Wow us in any way, but not bad as mentioned above)
4) Very Pricey
5) Conveniently located

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked down to Marina Piccola just to check it out, I had read it’s a very touristic place, but still wanted to tick it off. We stumbled across this place which was beautifully positioned between the beaches and out on the rocks, the boats were coming and going and the water around us was stunning. The service isn’t the fastest, but they were friendly, and if you’re in a rush then just go get a panini somewhere. The food was surprisingly pretty good and the wine was cold. I had low expectations going in but it was actually a really a nice place to kill a few hours and get out of the heat. Compared to the rest of the island I thought it was cheap and although it’s a simple place, we left feeling refreshed and full
