Local not very new but cozy .chef very available and prepared (even for those with food allergies). Really well made and tasty dishes with choices also based on the season in which you go. Price appropriate to quality.

Piatti tipicamente della tradizione Vercellese e piemontese, alcuni abilmente rivisitati, ottima scelta e selezione delle materie prime, giuste porzioni senza appesantire e poter assaporare tutte le portate. Ottimo il gran mix di antipasti ed eccellente la tagliata di Black Angus e di Fassona. Il tutto accompagnato da buon vino e terminato con uno squisito creme caramel. Sicuramente da provare....e da ritornare!! Local and welcoming staff. Il cibo era buono, consiglio soprattutto i risotti perchè molto buoni, secondo me la punta più alta di questo ristorante. Forse i prezzi sono un po' alti, ma direi che nel complesso è una cifra onesta per il luogo e per il cibo che abbiamo mangiato. I tempi di attesa sono leggermente lunghi, ma è normale dal momento che il riso viene cotto sul momento, in ogni caso il cliente viene avvisato dei tempi di attesa. Il cameriere molto gentile ci ha anche consigliato un buon vino dal momento che ne io ne il mio compagno siamo esperti e devo dire che era un rosso molto buono che accompagnava molto bene sia il primo che il secondo. Nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza, consiglio molto il posto e ci tornerò sicuramente The place is very beautiful, it feels like entering a museum, a very elegant but still classic place. The staff was very nice. The food was good, I especially recommend the risottos because they are very good, in my opinion the highest point of this restaurant. Maybe the prices are a bit high, but I would say that overall it's a fair figure for the place and the food we ate. The waiting times are slightly long, but it is normal since the rice is cooked on the spot, in any case the customer is warned of the waiting times. The very kind waiter also recommended a good wine since neither my partner nor I are experts and I must say that it was a very good red that accompanied both the first and the second very well. Overall it was a good experience, I highly recommend the place and will definitely go back

Piatti della tradizione ma rivisitati in chiave moderna con ottime materie prime molto bravo lo chef e molto bravo anche il personale di servizio competente e simpatico 5 stelle meritate Excellent restaurant in Vercelli I think one of the best things that this city that everyone rightly defines that sleeps offers. Totale 160 euro. Qualcosa tra il servito aveva sembianze tipo catering. Ambiente troppo fresco per stare a tavola ( porta di ingresso spalancata ). A 120 euro era già ben pagato. Discreta carta vini. Decisamente si può migliorare. Three appetizers, three first courses, two second courses including a fried frogs probably not freshly cooked, three desserts and three coffees plus a 28 euro bottle. Total 160 euros. Something between the served had a catering-like appearance. Too cool to sit at the table (entrance door wide open). At 120 euros it was already well paid. Discreet wine list. There is definitely room for improvement.
