★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pièce commandée et jamais reçue malgré plusieurs relances : ne parlent pas français mais surtout pas anglais, seulement italien. Pas de mail de confirmation, pas d'espace client sur le site, lien mail inopérant...
Le numéro de suivi du colis sur le site de la poste italienne indique que le produit est arrivé en France, puis plus rien, malgré les 30€ facturés pour la livraison !
A éviter, ce sont véritablement des escrocs... la seule chose qui fonctionne chez eux c'est l'encaissement !
Item ordered and never received despite several reminders: do not speak French but especially not English, only Italian. No confirmation email, no customer space on the site, inoperative email link ...
The parcel tracking number on the Italian Post website indicates that the product has arrived in France, then nothing, despite the 30 € charged for delivery!
Avoid, they are really crooks ... the only thing that works for them is the collection!
