The fixed menu included locally fished squid calamari, nicely spiced tuna tartare, fresh burrata with anchovies, an exquisit appetizer made of fish and vegetables, a mouth-watering tagliolini with lobster and home-made dessert (tiramisu and neapolitan pastiera), all accompanied by a well rounded Vermentino wine.
The owner as well as the experienced staff are friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable about their products, which they were able to describe to us in English, German and Russian.
The attention for detail is noticeable not only on the plates but also in the selection of the background jazz music and the array of impressive authentic paintings hanging on the walls.
The 1.5 hour drive from Antibes was more than worth it and I recommend this restaurant to anyone with a refined palate.
