★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella bella cornice del Parasio, cenare all'Armuen è come sentirsi a casa propria, sia per l'ambiente ed il servizio informali, con la simpatia di Mara e Andrea, sia per la cucina proposta. Nella formula casalinga, però, si trova il segreto : i piatti del giorno (pochi e basati sui prodotti di giornata, a cominciare dal pescato ... ) hanno sapore di casa, ma arricchiti da una delicatezza speciale, e anche nel semplice piatto di pasta condito con pomodoro, trombette e basilico, sentirete negli ingredienti gli aromi distinti e raffinati ... Il pesto è superlativo, saporito ma fine e profumato, uno dei migliori mai assaporati, così come gli sformati alle verdure liguri di stagione (carciofi/trombette) e le frittelle croccanti e leggere, passate in olio di prima qualità e mai unte, pizze e focacce farcite con le eccellenze del territorio, come le formaggette e i porcini dei vicini alpeggi liguri ... In inverno, dal forno a legna esce una croccante farinata, da non perdere assolutamente ! Le porzioni sono abbondanti, perciò è meglio prevedere uno spazio per i dolci, rigorosamente della casa e sempre buonissimi : cremini e panna cotta ai diversi sapori, torte (al cioccolato, ai fichi, alle ciliege ...), le meringhe o le tradizionali pesche ripiene agli amaretti .... E dopo l'immersione nella piacevole atmosfera dell'Armuen, non può mancare la passeggiata finale nell'incantevole scenario del Parasio !
 In the beautiful setting of the Parasio, dining at the Armuen is like feeling at home, both for the informal environment and service, with the sympathy of Mara and Andrea, and for the cuisine offered. In the homemade formula, however, there is the secret: the dishes of the day (few and based on the products of the day, starting with the fish ...) have a taste of home, but enriched by a special delicacy, and also in the simple dish of pasta seasoned with tomato, trumpets and basil, you will feel the distinct and refined aromas in the ingredients ... The pesto is superlative, tasty but fine and fragrant, one of the best ever tasted, as well as the pies with seasonal Ligurian vegetables (artichokes / trumpets ) and crispy and light pancakes, passed in first quality oil and never greasy, pizzas and focaccias stuffed with the excellences of the territory, such as cheese and porcini mushrooms from the nearby Ligurian mountain pastures ... In winter, a crisp comes out of the wood oven farinata, not to be missed! The portions are abundant, so it is better to provide a space for desserts, strictly homemade and always delicious: cremini and panna cotta with different flavors, cakes (chocolate, figs, cherries ...), meringues or traditional stuffed peaches with macaroons .... And after immersing yourself in the pleasant atmosphere of Armuen, you cannot miss the final walk in the enchanting scenery of Parasio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gutes einfaches Essen. Die Pizza ist hervorragend, die Spagetti mit Anchovis waren richtig lecker. ?Die Zutaten sind von guter Qualität. Der Preis war total in Ordnung. Leider saß ich wegen den Corona Regeln mit dem Rücken zur Straße, da es ein windiger Tag war. Hab ich sehr gefroren, da es eine Windschneise war. Aber für heißere Sommertage ist der Sitzplatz natürlich ideal?
Very good simple food. The pizza is excellent, the spaghetti with anchovies was really tasty. ?The ingredients are of good quality. The price was totally okay. Unfortunately, because of the Corona rules, I sat with my back to the street as it was a windy day. I was very frozen because it was a lane of wind. But the seat is of course ideal for hotter summer days?
