The restaurant offers chic outdoor seating with magnificent views.
Service is professional and friendly and yet not invading.
The restaurant offers à la carte as well as a set menu accordingly to the season.
We were a small group and we all had the Menù Degustazione " Intrecci".
The chef draws up beautiful plates and the crockery tableware is very elegant. The portions are just right but two points I would like to underline:
- the pasta was way to al dente for me. And I mean it. I don't like it when it gets to the point that you feel like you are eating raw flour.
- the vegetables on the main course plate could be larger pieces or more present on the plate. It sure looks harmonious to carefully place tiny little pieces of food across plates with tweezers but the "painting" should be more than just art.
That's why I gave it a 4*, hoping they will read my review and make a few little changes.
Yet it's certainly a delightful experience for a romantic dinner or for quality time with friends and a definite GO if you are still debating whether you should try it.
