Lo chef ha valorizzato diversi tipi di pesci di lago e di fiume come l'anguilla, il salmerino, la trota, la tinca , la carpa, affiancando a questi spezie , salse ed erbe che hanno reso i piatti una vera e propria esplosione di gusti! Molto simpatico il gioco dei dolci alla fine del servizio! Molto molto piacevole l'uscita dello chef a fineserata che ha fatto visita a tutti i tavoli! Ottimo tutto il servizio e spiegazione dei piatti! Ci tornerò sicuramente per degustare il menu di terra!! Excellent restaurant !! two tasting menus .. water and earth.
