l	luciano rosati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In zona con la mia compagna e suo figlio amante della pesca sportiva, abbiamo voluto provare fermandoci solo a pescare; invece ci abbiamo mangiato e anche dormito benissimo , in zona ci sono molti locali ma chiedendo per strada ci hanno consigliato questo ( allora proviamo) e devo confermare assolutamente che merita.C'e un' atmosfera semplice, famigliare ma di grande ospitalità ,cortesia e professionalità; e il magiare eccellente. Che tranquillità, che pace, la mattina al risveglio affacciati dal balcone della nostra camera ( nulla di lussuoso ma pulita ed accogliente con il bagno senza finestra ma gradevole ) ci sono i laghetti di pesca che erano contornati da uccelli che sembravano cicogne e anatre.Marmellata fatta da loro di fichi e pere.Abbiamo raccolto delle noci nel grande parco che circonda l'albergo,Poi pescato delle trote e ce le hanno cucinate al momento, deliziose in gualzetto sabino. Ottimo i tagliolino al tartufo locale e le bruschette con della trota marinata squisita. La mia compagna ha preso una pasta alle noci che ho assaggiato cremosa e assolutamente da provare come anche i gamberi di fiume.Torneremo per le festività dei santi per qualche giorno in santa pace e in mezzo alla natura. Pagato il giusto visto che sono esigente e non mi aspettavo tanta attenzione per i bambini. Provare per credere e sopratutto in terra di S.Francesco "chiedete e vi sarà dato". It is situated in the very beautiful Rieti high plain, very close to the historical Franciscan convents of Greccio and Fonte Colombo. The owners and staff of Parco alle Noci are fantastic, affable and disposed to welcome one and all for an unforgettable experience from every point of view.
