Nessuna possibilità di controbattere durante i soliloqui del proprietario, che vagheggiava tra storie personali, avances e parolacce. Prezzi troppo alti. Sconsigliato. Owner who tries in vain to create a certain complicity. Poor dinner with previous day's food. Dirty and smoky restaurant. No chance to argue during the owner's soliloquies, who wandered among personal stories, advances and profanity. Prices too high. Not recommended.

Siamo arrivati sfiniti dopo una giornata di cammino e l’accoglienza riservataci oltre che all’ottima cena fatta in casa, hanno decisamente ristorato gli animi. Non fermatevi all’aspetto un po’ retrò degli ambienti, non sempre l’abito fa il monaco. Ostello + cena + colazione rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto!!! This is a family-run inn, where the owner Feliciano takes care of the dining room and the mother is in the kitchen. We arrived exhausted after a day of walking and the welcome given to us as well as the excellent home-made dinner definitely refreshed our spirits. Do not stop at the slightly retro aspect of the rooms, the dress does not always make the monk. Hostel + dinner + breakfast perfect value for money !!!
R	Roberto Guerreschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo abbastanza buono, gestione pessima da parte del proprietario spesso scortese che pretende di aver sempre ragione pur sbagliando le ordinazioni. La scusa che sia stanco per la giornata può essere comprensibile ma significa anche che debba farsi aiutare .. Si avvale di un cameriere per nulla infornato delle ordinazioni prese ai tavoli che fa più fanno che tutto. Alla fine conto a sorpresa : eravamo in 4 e compaiono 5 pizze, 1 primo, un secondo e un contorno. Chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene chiesto cosa abbiamo preso .. preciso che la sala era praticamente vuota .. comunque alla fine ci aggiustiamo concordando un costo forfettario delle due pizze, Una margherita ed una tonno di 8€/cad.. , va bene, pago e ce ne andiamo per sempre …. He makes use of a waiter who is not at all baked with the orders taken at the tables who does more than do everything. In the end, a surprise account: there were 4 of us and 5 pizzas appear, 1 first course, a second course and a side dish. I ask for explanations and I am asked what we have taken .. I specify that the room was practically empty .. however in the end we adjust by agreeing a flat rate for the two pizzas, A margherita and a tuna of 8 € / each .., okay, I pay and we go away forever….

Nulla di eccezionale per quanto riguarda location e cibo, ospitalità buona Inn with annexed hostel and B&B. We paid 45 euros for dinner, bed and breakfast in November. Nothing exceptional in terms of location and food, good hospitality

Dal bellissimo Borgo medioevale, arroccato su una costa del gruppo del Terminillo, dominato dal silenzioso e antico Santuario di San Giacomo, luogo francescano di profondi silenzi, si domina tutta la Valle Santa di Rieti. Silenziosi passano molti pellegrini, che nella Locanda trovano conforto, riposo e ristoro. Strepitosa la cucina, che risente le vicinanze di Norcia, Amatrice, Roma: la sala da pranzo, peraltro, termina in una grotta naturale, dove vengono conservati i vini, gli strepitosi salumi della zona e gli impareggiabili formaggi di pecora, prodotti nella zona.... e non mancano i tartufi! It is impossible to pass through the Rieti area without stopping at the Locanda Fracescana in Poggio Bustone. From the beautiful medieval village, perched on a coast of the Terminillo group, dominated by the silent and ancient Sanctuary of San Giacomo, a Franciscan place of profound silence, overlooking the whole of the Holy Valley of Rieti. Many pilgrims pass by in silence, finding comfort, rest and refreshment in the Locanda. The cuisine is amazing, reflecting the vicinity of Norcia, Amatrice, Rome: the dining room, however, ends in a natural cave, where the wines, the amazing salamis of the area and the incomparable sheep cheeses produced in the area are preserved. ... and truffles are not missing!

Il menù del pellegrino da 25 euro sarebbe il menù fisso (composto da un primo e un secondo e del vino annacquato) dove non si può scegliere nulla. Nel senso che devi stare praticamente zitto e mangiare quando e come vuole il tipo che gestisce la locanda. Se vi sedete allo stesso tavolo dovete prendere tutti la stessa cosa, senza fiatare e/o commentare, altrimenti, parole sue: "potete andare via o farvi una pizza da asporto". Inoltre se avete avuto la sciagurata idea di pernottare presso la stessa struttura dovete arrivare entro un certo orario (le 19:00) altrimenti non potrete prendere possesso della camera fin quando il gestore avrà chiuso la locanda. Verrete accompagnati in camera da un comodo furgoncino per lavori edili da sconosciuti a caso (vedete foto). Il prezzo tra pernottamento e cena oscilla ed è variabile, dipende dall'umore del gestore, ma in genere si attesta tra i 50 e i 55 euro. Prezzo che non vale assolutamente ciò che si ottiene. Di francescano non ha nulla questo posto, anzi verrete trattati male (con alzate di voce e sguardi irati) alla prima domanda, alla prima richiesta che non va bene alla comodità del gestore. L'unica cosa che si salva sono i piatti (imposti da una scelta limitata) che nonostante tutto sono stati buoni. Ma piuttosto che ritornarci ed essere continuamente trattato male, rimarrei digiuno. Price that is absolutely not worth what you get. This place has nothing of a Franciscan, indeed you will be treated badly (with raised voices and angry looks) at the first question, at the first request that does not suit the comfort of the manager. The only saving grace are the dishes (imposed by a limited choice) which, despite everything, were good. But rather than going back and being continually treated badly, I would go on a fast.

Pernottamento e colazione a 25€ con l’aggiunta di 20€ è possibile cenare a menù fisso (1 primo,1 secondo e contorno). I 20€ sono troppi per la cena offerta. La colazione molto povera con merendine confezionate. For the services offered, the price is too high.
