L'ultima volta ho registrato un deciso miglioramento, dovuto. La materia prima è sempre la stessa, buona. le porzioni sempre generose, ma preparazioni e presentazioni sono di un livello superiore come testimpniano le foto. Un plauso a Graziano, il proprietario. Ritoccato è anche il prezzo, ma ne vale la pena. Due sale e, d'estate, si mangia su una terrazza con una bella vista sulla vallata. Servizio efficiente. CIBO Antipastino: polpetta di mollica di pane ed uovo su letto di crema “al formaggio” e tartufo. Da prendere! Pasta fatta in casa: meravigliosa. Da provare quella ai funghi oppure quella con ceci e carne di cinghiale. COSTO Una trentina d’euro per piccolo antipasto, primo e dolce; tutto fatto in casa da loro. EXTRA Il cameriere Ivan molto attento e gentile: ha suggerito bene e ci ha messi a nostro agio sin da subito. Da ritornarci.
