Ambiente caldo e atmosfera amichevole grazie a Ciprian che ti mette subito a tuo agio e fa di tutto affinché si passi una bella serata. Cibo buonissimo e vino eccellente. Prezzi più che onesti. Torneremo sicuramente! We stayed there last week for our anniversary and had a great time. Warm atmosphere and friendly atmosphere thanks to Ciprian who immediately puts you at ease and does everything to ensure you have a nice evening. Yummy food and excellent wine. Prices more than fair. We will definitely be back!

Al dolce un ottima e creativa sacher al bicchiere. Personale gentile e prodigo, ci ha consigliato davvero un ottimo vino che ha accompagnato alla grande la cena. Atmosfera del locale tipicamente trentina. Davvero un ottimo ristorante! Restaurant inside the Hotel Valacia, also open to external guests. We tried the dumplings, I would say the best of the holiday. For dessert, an excellent and creative sacher by the glass. Kind and generous staff, he really recommended an excellent wine that accompanied the dinner in a great way. Typical Trentino atmosphere. A really great restaurant!

Ottimi antipasti e abbondanti. Canederli in brodo ottimi e gustosi, abbiamo provato grande gioia anche dei ravioli ripieni di fichi, semi di papavero e burro (una delicatezza per il palato). Secondi davvero ottimi e ben curati nella presentazione. Cipryan ci ha servito in maniera eccellente, con umorismo, educazione e prontezza nell'accontentarci. Carta dei vini ben fornita con vini di ottima annata e qualità. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Very positive experience and unexpected the bill, really low! A small restaurant in the Valacia hotel complex, but also open to non-hotel guests. Great appetizers and abundant. Excellent and tasty dumplings in broth, we also enjoyed the ravioli stuffed with figs, poppy seeds and butter (a delicacy for the palate). Really excellent and well-presented second courses. Cipryan served us excellently, with humor, politeness and readiness to please. Well-stocked wine list with wines of excellent vintage and quality. We will definitely be back.

Obwohl es die eine oder andere Sprachbarriere gegeben hat, der Kellner nur italienisch, wir nur Deutsch und Englisch, sind wir top bedient worden. Ausgezeichnete typische italienische Küche mit hervorragenden offenen Weinen zu fairen Preisen. Es war ein gelungener Abend. Very nice and cozy restaurant with a super nice waiter. Although there was one or the other language barrier, the waiter only Italian, we only German and English, we were served very well. Excellent typical Italian cuisine with excellent wines by the glass at fair prices. It was a successful evening.

Davvero ottimo l'antipasto a base di tartar di Angus e anche il tagliare di formaggi servito con miele e un ottima focaccia. Buoni anche i canederli in brodo, gustosi e abbondanti. Discorso diverso per gli spaghetti di Kamut che erano assolutamente nella media e non avevano un sapore ben definito. Molto simpatico il cameriere che ci ha servito ma la grande note di demerito è dovuta alla lentezza del servizio. Non so se è stato un caso, ma c'era un unico cameriere che giustamente non poteva essere celere con tutti i tavoli e quindi si creavano delle attese abbastanza lunghe. Nota di merito il conto, più basso rispetto alla media ma con una buona qualità dei cibi. We tried this restaurant for dinner. Very nice and well-kept environment. Good choice on the menu and on the wine list with typical dishes. The Angus tartar based appetizer is really excellent and also the cheese cut served with honey and an excellent focaccia. The dumplings in broth are also good, tasty and abundant. Different speech for the Kamut noodles which were absolutely average and did not have a well defined flavor. The waiter who served us was very nice but the big demerit is due to the slowness of the service. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but there was only one waiter who rightly could not be quick with all the tables and therefore there were quite long waits. Note on the bill, lower than the average but with a good quality of food.
