★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza is not great (for Italy)... I ordered a special which had 3 excellent fresh local ingredients but came with a white base. No warning on the menu that the 'special' section contained pizza with white base. For my preferences, a white base is almost as bad as pineapple on a pizza! My girlfriend ordered a capricciosa which was served with unpitted olives and unrinsed capers (super salty). Just a lack of care. The pizza did not seem to be from a wood oven but maybe the owners' will advise if this last statement is incorrect.
