Peccato che nel posto dietro la Chiesa e che 2 anni fa, a detta della proprietaria, era un posto da meditazione di silenzio e dove comodamente seduti si poteva ammirare un cielo stellato fantastico, adesso ci abbia fatto un posto da apericena con tanto di musica e luci agronomiche proiettate contro i ruderi della rocca...si vede che gli aperitivi rendono meglio..... Beautiful location. Too bad that in the place behind the Church and that 2 years ago, according to the owner, it was a place for meditation of silence and where comfortably seated you could admire a fantastic starry sky, now we have made an aperitif place with lots of music and agronomic lights projected against the ruins of the fortress ... you can see that the aperitifs make it better .....

Prezioso anche il contributo del marito Roberto, esperto del buon bere. Sempre serate indimenticabili alla Rocca. Causa lavoro, la frequento meno di quanto vorrei ❤️ Bravi?????? S	Silent Mohai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aberrante. Non penso esistano altre parole per descrivere un posto simile. La bellezza incantevole della struttura viene ignobilmente deturpata dalla cucina ai limiti della decenza. Vengono proposti due menù, senza possibilità di scegliere cosa metterci dentro. Il primo, 20€ sono solo antipasti, vino della casa, dolce e caffè. Il secondo, 25€ stessa cosa ma con anche primo e secondo. Già dal prezzo si inizia a intuire che per tenere in piedi la baracca da qualche parte bisogna limare. E dove si lima se non nella qualità? Gli "antipasti" sono: polenta al ragu piena di grumi ed esageratamente liquida (in agosto...), piadine verdi senza affettati, in 10 persone avevamo circa 3 fette di mortadella e due di coppa, crostini misti con avanzi vari della cucina (pesto industriale, ripieno di pomodori al forno), polpette con una specie di crema al tartufo (che non sa di tartufo), melanzane gratinate. Il primo un piatto di bigoli tremendi con passata di pomodoro e panna (a mio avviso cruda), di secondo roastbeef con limone e prugne. Fette di pane nemmeno scaldato a profusione. Vino della casa sorvoliamo. Dolce giudicate voi dalle foto. Il tutto lasciando passare una media di 50 minuti tra una portata e l'altra. Devo aggiungere altro? Ps. Aspetto gli insulti della proprietaria, che anziché farsi delle domande, asfalta i clienti che osano dire la loro opinione. Augurerà anche a me di andare a quel paese o mi offrirà una psicoterapia? The first is a plate of tremendous bigoli with tomato sauce and cream (raw in my opinion), the second is roast beef with lemon and plums. Slices of bread not even heated in profusion. House wine we fly over. Sweet judge for yourself from the photos. All this allowing an average of 50 minutes to pass between one course and another. Do I need to add more? Ps. Per 20 euro a testa ho mangiato piada e pane conditi con salumi e salse varie. La polenta era un intruglio che anni fa, mio nonno dava ai maiali. Tempi di attesa da far impallidire anche i "monaci zen". La cosa più difficile sarà riprendersi da questa esperienza. La location è stata deludente rispetto alle aspettative e il posto non è affatto valorizzato. Cibo pessimo che peggio non si può; francamente mi vergognerei pure di proporre quello che servite voi. Ho sempre girato molto e provato di tutto ma questo penso sia uno peggiori. Lesinare sulla qualità del cibo è proprio un insulto alla vera cucina. Ma il lato più negativo siete voi titolari estremamente maleducati e arroganti, inadatti a questo lavoro. Aggiungo pure che ci avete fregato sul conto ma noi da signori quali siano abbiamo preferito soprassedere. Rispondo per l'ultima volta: ovviamente stavamo scherzando sullo spritz ma siete talmente arroganti che ci avete trattati in modo pessimo. Aggiungo pure che quello non era uno spritz ma un semplice Crodino quindi avete pure fatto una cosa illegale spacciando un prodotto per un altro. In una sola parola PESSIMI!!! Detto questo a mai più. Alla prenotazione non avevano detto che c'era un menu fisso con antipasto, primo, secondo, dolce e cafè a € 25,00 a persona. Noi volevamo soltanto gli antipasti ed un piatto di tagliatelle al tartufo. Il mangiare di pessima qualità, cibo cattivo allo stesso momento caro! Esempio antipasto per 2 persone, che consisteva di polenta al ragù, che era una zuppa, no. 2 polpettine di miglio con una salsa al tartufa(pessima), 4 x ½ fettine di pane , 2 con olio, 2 con il pesto, poi 2 x ¼ di piadina verde con salsa al peperone e 2 x ¼ piadina bianca con una fettina di lonza, costo € 15,00 a persona. Poi le 2 tagliatelle con tartufo sempre con quella salsa pessima, costo € 12,00 per persone secondo la cameriera, secondo la proprietaria € 9,00 a persona, 1 bottiglia di vino buono à € 13,00, 1 bottiglia di acqua, hanno fatto pagare € 77,00. Ci siamo lamentati ed abbiamo chiesto del gestore: L proprietaria veramente maleducata, risponde che ”a lei non frega niente” se eravamo contenti a no, invece di chiedere subito cosa non andava bene secondo noi, con gentilezza. Alla fine la signora ha dovuto ammettere uno sbaglio nel conto(la colpa l’ha data ad una ragazza giovane inesperta come cameriera) e ha dovuto ridare dei soldi! Nella nostra zona è veramente difficile mangiare male, solitamente non è cosi, ma questa è stata un’esperienza pessima. Io lo sconsiglio vivamente! Bad experience not to be repeated Long wait time. Fare un aperitivo con una vista simile, di fronte alle montagne e alla natura di Fossombrone, è qualcosa di magico. Per quanto riguarda la cena, il locale è molto raffinato e ricercato giocando bene con le luci soffuse. I menù offerti (solo antipasti o antipasti con primo/secondo) sono abbondanti e gustosi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e personale simpatico e gentile. Super consigliato La Rocca da Cinzia is a magical place that deserves to be seen.
