Detto questo se provate invece di una sola portata dal menù, vi consiglio di fare il menù degustazione, dove potete trovare anche con il tartufo di stagione. Ricercatezza nelle materie prime e vini all'altezza del locale. Prezzo €€ Very nice place and very friendly and welcoming staff, the only flaw is the acoustics. Having said that, if you try instead of a single course from the menu, I recommend you do the tasting menu, where you can also find with seasonal truffles. Refinement in raw materials and wines at the height of the place. Price €€

Le ricette con il tartufo bianco dall’antipasto al dolce, le abbiamo trovate equilibrate, bravo chef, e anche nel prezzo! Sicuramente un posto che mi sento di consigliare. Bravissime e gentilissime le ragazze in sala. Apprezzo!! Dishes with attention to taste and presentation. We perceive a search for style and raw material. We found the recipes with white truffles from appetizers to desserts balanced, good chef, and also in the price! Definitely a place that I can recommend. Very good and very kind girls in the room. Era tutto veramente ottimo, sapori equilibrati, un giusto mix tra innovazione e tradizione.Emerge la capacità e la fantasia dello Chef permettendo comunque anche a chi non è esperto di apprezzare fino in fondo i piatti proposti. Sorriso gentilezza e un'atmosfera positiva regalano un valore aggiunto agli ospiti. Complimenti davvero We tasted the proposed whitebait menu. It was all really excellent, balanced flavors, a right mix of innovation and tradition. The ability and imagination of the Chef emerges, however, allowing even those who are not experts to fully appreciate the dishes on offer. Abbiamo preso 2 menù degustazione a base di carne. Servizio ottimo, cameriera attenta e gentile, piatti curati ed interessanti. Lo chef molto giovane (come il resto del personale) esprime la sua innovazione nei piatti che propone. Ritorneremo! Great dinner I had dinner with my girlfriend in this place on Monday, a quiet evening ideal for a tasting. We took 2 meat tasting menus. Excellent service, attentive and kind waitress, well-finished and interesting dishes. The very young chef (like the rest of the staff) expresses his innovation in the dishes he proposes. We will be back!

I tried the little known stoke fish with mash potato, and pasta with a shrimp taste bomb. The tempura of fried vegetables was very tasty too. A must stop, if you are in Fossobrone.

We would have liked some more sauce on the lamb. Overall the cook can be a bit more bold on flavors, but this is really criticism on a very high level. The location is beautiful and quite romantic. Thank you for hosting us!
