Very local feel, we felt like we were eating truly authentic local food surrounded by a local crowd. Cozy atmosphere, we could have spent all night there. I highly recommend you spend an evening dining here!

The starters or antipasti, as they're known in italian where excellent. I had the assorted sea food one but the Pergola choice is good too. Then came the pasta and it's a bit of a shame to say but the cook made a common error here: too much salt and it takes the taste away from the food ingredients and the excellent consistency of the sauce. So that's how I ended up with four stars. I unfortunately did not have time to taste the main dish (secondi) or the dessert ( dolce). If they're as good as the starters it should be worthwhile. Service is great. Ask for directions as Google maps sends you down the wrong street.

We enjoyed some of the best wines of our trip and the cuisine was absolutely delicious. Contrary to other (rude) reviews, the anchovies are most definitely marinated in lemon and the fried potatoes are similar to fries, and it is purposeful. They were tastefully executed and complimented the rabbit which accompanied them. At the end of the meal, there were no taxis and the restaurant arranged for a local who had just finished his dinner to take us back to our lodging, free of charge! This is a lovely place with lovely people and excellent food and wine. You are crazy not to dine here if you’re visiting Procida. Highly recommend!
T	Taiki Murai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best restaurant we've been to in Procida. A very lovely place for a couple or family that looks for a beautiful authentic Italian restaurant. The price is neither low nor high in an absolute sense. We found it just right for the quality. We will definitely go there when we are in Procida again. The next day we picked up a restaurant on Procida's main picturesque street right next to the sea. Packed with tourists and the price range was just like La Pergola. But you can forget the quality of foods. I've got a couple of shrimps on a hanging spit for 25€. I didn't like to see shrimps hanging and it was very difficult to eat. Maybe a trend for tourists or instagram. The view from a restaurant was nice, but the food was not.
C	Claire Garrova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The staff, the food and the ambiance deserve a 10/10 rating. We ate dinner out in the patio under the lemon orchard and it was a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. We had their classic appetizer (antipasto pergola), rabbit pasta (bucatini al coniglio), steak with fries and the house wine. It all was SO delicious and fresh. I cannot wait to come back again.
