★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location molto semplice, le cameriere cordiali e sorridenti ... abbiamo mangiato le pizze ..devo dire buone ,ma sotto i piedi pieno pieno di formiche.. preferisco mangiare in "tranquillità ".
Very simple location, friendly and smiling waitresses ... we ate the pizzas .. I must say good, but under my feet full of ants .. I prefer to eat in "tranquility".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotiamo in questo locale in tempi di Covid... all’entrata non vi è l’ombra di igienizzante mani e alcuni membri dello staff portano la mascherina abbassata. La pizza piccola, la metà di una normale ma a prezzo pieno. Chiediamo il conto e decidiamo di pagare con carta... dopo un primo momento di critiche da parte dello staff sulla scelta del nostro metodo di pagamento, ci viene accettata sottolineando che le prossime volte affiggeranno all’esterno del locale un cartello che proibirà il pagamento con carta (nel 2020!)
We book in this place in times of Covid ... at the entrance there is no shadow of hand sanitizer and some staff members wear the mask lowered. Small pizza, half of a normal one but full price. We ask for the bill and decide to pay by card ... after a first moment of criticism from the staff on the choice of our payment method, we are accepted underlining that next times they will post a sign outside the room that will prohibit payment with card (in 2020!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante tranquillo, abbiamo mangiato le pappardelle, i pici, e lo spezzatino di cinghiale, tutto buonissimo, speriamo di tornarci per assaggiare altri piatti, ottimo servizio come anche il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Quiet restaurant, we ate pappardelle, pici, and wild boar stew, all very good, we hope to come back to taste other dishes, excellent service as well as the value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina come quella di una volta con sapori autentici e genuini. Ci siamo tornati 2 sere di fila. Ho preso un ottimo spezzatino di maremmana la prima sera e la seconda maialino al forno e patate.
Kitchen as it used to be with authentic and genuine flavors. We returned 2 nights in a row. I took an excellent maremmana stew on the first night and the second roast suckling pig and potatoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più che una trattoria, è un vero ristorante con una grande attenzione alle materie prime, cucinate con grande passione. Non bisogna pretendere nulla di più dalla cucina regionale tipica maremmana e loro riescono in tutti i loro piatti ad esprimere bene il concetto, le pizze sono ottime e il vino della cantina è molto genuino, completa il tutto la grande cortesia da parte delle ragazze e dei cuochi, prezzo adeguato. Location gradevole e spartana ma pulita e sobria. Ci tornerò di sicuro.
More than a trattoria, it is a real restaurant with great attention to raw materials, cooked with great passion. You shouldn't expect anything more from the typical Maremma regional cuisine and they manage to express the concept well in all their dishes, the pizzas are excellent and the wine from the cellar is very genuine, complete the great courtesy on the part of the girls and cooks, adequate price. Pleasant and spartan but clean and sober location. I'll be back for sure.
