★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il noleggio ESISTE SEMPRE, le VERE GUIDE lo sanno, e pure l 'ente Parco lo sa....stessi prezzi da 4 anni, mai cambiato, il nostro orario è 24 ore su 24, infatti noleggiamo bici anche alle 20,00.... Fare recensioni sconsiderate e interessate è proprio triste... mi dispiace per chi non ci conosce, ma la nostra sede è in piazza combattente da diversi decenni.... Vi aspettiamo.....

The rental ALWAYS EXISTS, the TRUE GUIDES know it, and the Park Authority knows it too .... same prices for 4 years, never changed, our hours are 24 hours a day, in fact we rent bikes even at 20.00. ... Making reckless and interested reviews is really sad ... I'm sorry for those who don't know us, but our headquarters have been in the fighter square for several decades .... We are waiting for you .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza davvero sgradevole. Mi dispiace anche scrivere una brutta recensione, ma vorrei evitare che a qulacun altro possa capitare la stessa brutta esperienza.
Ho chiamato questa signora alle 8,30 del mattino di un sabato per prenotare una bici per mio figlio di 9 anni. Ho chiamato prima perché, venendo da Roma, volevo essere sicuro di trovare la bici. La signora mi ha dato tutte le garanzie possibili che avremmo trovato la bici nonostante la grandissima richiesta prevista per quel giorno.
Dopo oltre due ore di viaggio arrivo puntualissimo ma la bici non c'era. E neanche la signora. L'ho chiamata e, non appena ha capito che ero quello della prenotazione da Roma, mi ha attaccato e non mi ha più risposto. La signora aveva finito tutte le bici e se ne era allegramente andata, fregandosene altamente della prenotazione presa (e dei pianti di mio figlio!). La signora...
Really unpleasant experience. I am also sorry to write a bad review, but I would like to prevent qulacun another from having the same bad experience.
I called this lady at 8.30 am on a Saturday to book a bike for my 9 year old son. I called earlier because, coming from Rome, I wanted to be sure of finding the bike. The lady gave me all the possible guarantees that we would find the bike despite the huge demand for that day.
After more than two hours of travel I arrived very punctual but the bike was not there. Nor the lady. I called her and, as soon as she realized I was the one booking from Rome, she attacked me and never answered me again. The lady had finished all the bikes and had happily gone, not caring highly of the booking taken (and my son's cries!). The Lady...

Non esiste piu la signora dall'altra parte della strada sul parcheggio. Prezzo 10 euro bici con cestino e con lucchetto. C'è un ragazzo straniero che vi assiste . no problem
So the rental is now only next to the park authority office.
There is no longer the lady across the street on the parking lot. Price 10 euro bike with basket and padlock. There is a foreign boy who assists you. no problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg! Fahrräder sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand und dazu unverschämt teuer. Mein Hinterrad war so schief, dass es ständig an die Bremsklötze gekommen ist und ich beim Fahren abgebremst wurde. Bei meiner Freundin gingen die Bremsen gar nicht. Keine Klingel am Rad usw.
Hands off! Bicycles are in dire straits and they are outrageously expensive. My rear wheel was so crooked that it constantly hit the brake pads and slowed me down while driving. With my girlfriend the brakes didn't work at all. No bell on the bike, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo! Affittano delle bici che cadono letteralmente a pezzi…uno del nostro gruppo aveva una bicicletta cigolante a cui sono saltati i raggi della ruota incastrandosi nella catena…siamo rientrati alla base per miracolo. Ciclabile di Alberese splendida.
Not recommended! They rent bikes that literally fall apart… one of our group had a squeaky bicycle whose spokes jumped and got stuck in the chain… we returned to the base by a miracle. Splendid Alberese cycle path.
