Buona la cucina, con un menu’ legato alla terra, soprattutto a base di carne. Servizio veloce e attento. La maremma può riservare belle sorprese… un consiglio…..abbasserei la musica in sala decisamente troppo ad alto volume! After a walk on the Alberese beach with beauty in our eyes, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. The cuisine is good, with a menu linked to the land, especially meat-based. Fast and attentive service. Maremma can reserve some nice surprises… a tip… ..I would lower the music in the room far too loud!
R	Roberto Loglisci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho mangiato, o meglio mi sono messo a sedere in questo luogo una ventina di giorni fa e faccio le mie deduzioni solo ora perché essendo uscito molto arrabbiato, non volevo esagerare in modo negativo nel mio giudizio. Abbiamo mangiato dei pici industriali in una immensità di salsa di panna al sapore di tartufo che nascondeva la pasta, una acqua cotta sulla quale non voglio esprimere un giudizio, e del cinghiale in umido che praticamente era lesso con una vago sapore di soffritto...non parlo delle patate al forno che erano fritte perché secondo la cameriera peraltro molto gentile (unica nota positiva del posto) il cuoco aveva esagerato con l'olio....anche i nostri vicini di tavolo che avevano altri piatti, si sono alzati senza praticamente mangiare niente non troppo felici del cibo. Dal conto ci sono state tolte le patate, una gentilezza gradita. Spero per il ristorante che quel giorno il cuoco titolare fosse indisposto e il cibo normalmente sia migliore, do un suggerimento non richiesto, meno cose nel menu e più cura nei piatti. I ate, or rather I sat down in this place about twenty days ago and I make my deductions only now because having come out very angry, I did not want to exaggerate in a negative way in my judgment. We ate industrial pici in an immensity of truffle-flavored cream sauce that hid the pasta, a cooked water on which I don't want to judge, and stewed wild boar that was practically boiled with a vague taste of sauté ... I'm not talking about the baked potatoes which were fried because according to the waitress who was very kind (the only positive note of the place) the cook had exaggerated with the oil .... even our neighbors who had other dishes, got up without basically eat anything not too happy about the food. The potatoes have been removed from the bill, a welcome kindness. I hope for the restaurant that the owner chef was indisposed that day and the food would normally be better, I give an unsolicited suggestion, fewer things on the menu and more care in the dishes.

Consigliato ...i prezzi sono da ristorante, ambiente curato immerso nel verde. Maremma tortelli with meat sauce good peposo good Catalan cream fantastic .... excellent wine ... nice stop !!! Recommended ... the prices are for the restaurant, a well-kept environment surrounded by greenery.

Today 27 August 2021 I went back for dinner and as I expected I ate very good sliced tosca, truffle pici with cream but you have to taste it to believe it, it is a very good wild boar pepper, house wine ok, I'll be back

Buoni i tortelli maremmani, proposti in varie versioni (consiglio quella asparagi e panna, che non ho trovato altrove). La salciccia alla griglia è squisita. L'acqua cotta è buona anche se ritengo sia stata riscaldata nel microonde. Buono il peposo anche se forse si poteva fare un po' meno piccante. Servizio un po' latitante ma cortese e professionale. Ottima presentazione dei piatti. I have been to this restaurant several times on a recent vacation. The Maremma tortelli are good, offered in various versions (I recommend the asparagus and cream one, which I have not found elsewhere). The grilled sausage is exquisite. The cooked water is good even though I think it has been heated in the microwave. The peposo is good even if perhaps it could have been made a little less spicy. Service a little fugitive but courteous and professional. Excellent presentation of the dishes.
