Abbiamo mangiato in dieci: vellutata di zucca, primi piatti di pasta fresca, a seguire alcune ciotole di verdura (sufficienti per 4-5 persone al massimo) e una porzione di formaggio (anche questa al massimo per 3-4), pane di qualità ordinaria (abbiamo chiesto se si potesse avere piadina o crescia, che era anche nel menu antipasti, e la risposta è stata:”No”). Abbiamo ordinato Lacrima di Morro d’Alba: bottiglia prossima all’aceto, mandata indietro, ne arriva un’altra quasi peggiore. Cambiamo vino e cantina e arriva un vino quasi normale. Bene, nel conto c’erano tutte le bottiglie, anche quelle di aceto. E non era l’unica sorpresa: 40 euro a testa il finale (conto riassuntivo senza le singole voci, chiarite su richiesta). A Fratte Rosa! Questo luogo e il modo in cui è governato fa torto alle Marche, alla loro ospitalità e genuinità e da ultimo alla buona educazione. Da evitare! Eat little, drink badly and spend a lot, in an inhospitable climate. A masterpiece! We ate in ten: pumpkin cream soup, first courses of fresh pasta, followed by a few bowls of vegetables (enough for 4-5 people maximum) and a portion of cheese (also this for 3-4 maximum), quality bread ordinary (we asked if we could have piadina or crescia, which was also on the appetizer menu, and the answer was "No"). We ordered Lacrima di Morro d'Alba: bottle next to vinegar, sent back, another almost worse one arrives. We change wine and cellar and an almost normal wine arrives. Well, there were all the bottles in the bill, even those of vinegar. And it was not the only surprise: the final was 40 euros each (summary account without the individual items, clarified on request). To Fratte Rosa! This place and the way in which it is governed do wrong to the Marches, to their hospitality and authenticity and lastly to good manners. To avoid!
