★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiornando a Fratte Rosa nelle vicinanze del ristorante via abbiamo cenato per due volte, entrambe con buona soddisfazione. Buoni i piatti di carne (tagliata e agnello) e buona anche la pizza: impasto sottilissimo e molto friabile, leggero anche per la digestione. Certo niente a che vedere con la "vera" pizza alla napoletana, ma di sicuro un buon piatto.
Dolci non eccezionali: tiramisù un po' particolare con uno strato di biscotto sottilissimo e uno strato di crema molto denso.
Infine, non chiedete il rosso della casa, da preferire il bianco. E nemmeno la birra alla spina (l'inutile Tuborg), visto che in alternativa hanno la birra Castello da 66 cl.
Staying in Fratte Rosa near the via restaurant we had dinner twice, both with good satisfaction. The meat dishes (cut and lamb) are good and the pizza is also good: very thin and very crumbly dough, light even for digestion. Certainly nothing to do with the "real" Neapolitan pizza, but certainly a good dish.
Not exceptional desserts: a bit particular tiramisu with a very thin layer of biscuit and a very thick layer of cream.
Finally, don't ask for the red of the house, prefer the white. Nor the draft beer (the useless Tuborg), since they have the 66 cl Castello beer as an alternative.
